Couldn't mount my new spacesaver spare on original wheel. And I had to order the tire itself online. Happy to argue with you about warranty on 18k miles tires warranteed for 40k. Took a $100 credit to make them stop talking.

Had an issue with one tire. They took care of me immediately at no charge. Very impressed with the staff.

Great service and fast service, just beware they don't have too big of a stock of tires so you may have to buy a more expensive one.
They'll take care of you though.
And mind the stupid questions, guy behind the desk isn't afraid to let you know if you do ask one. XD He's great though never change dude. Thanks for helping me out!

As a lot of people mentioned, customer service was very bad. I won't go there anymore. Service training is needed for the staff.

They quickly took care of he slow leak in my tire, showed me the damage and explained why it wasn't repairable. I was super hesitant to come here because of the reviews but they were the only ones open past 7PM. If you're looking for a luxurious experience, you won't find that here. If you're looking to just get the job done, go here. Appreciate the help!

Quality services, lounge with tv, free cold water and Kurig coffee. You might want to find the right time to come otherwise will be a long wait though or you can just drop the car and come back later

Joke of a tire shop. Wouldn’t pay 10$ for their services. Avoid at all costs. They forgot to swap my TPMS sensors and they put my new rims on wrong and had to return for them to fix.

Just don’t waist your time with unprofessional front desk guy. Not cordial, maybe he was having a bad day.

Still one of the reasonable priced places to get your oil changed and tires replaced. Staff is friendly and they seem to have a great attitude despite the craziness of the clientele (me haha)

I see why this place has terrible reviews! Whoever was working on Sunday at the reception had the nastiest attitude I have ever witnessed here in OC. First of all, i know more about my cars warranty than people working here. Second, everything they said would not be covered was covered, in full, by my warranty!

The employee ended our conversation by not only being rude but also very condescending. I don’t need that from a tire shop that’s run poorly.

It’s obvious they want you to purchase tires from them and don’t want to provide customer service or any service really. While waiting there, I saw people come in saying that the job they did for them had already failed and needed to be done again! Tires are serious, don’t let them do a terrible job or sell you into services you don’t need.

To management, fix the customer service your employees provide and get rid of the attitudes.

Awesome service from the front desk guy was very pleasant, Benjamin was his name.
Will go back for servicing and maintenance.
Only thing is you might have to wait ah while if you walk in with out an appointment.

Really appreciated their service and late hours. Got a good deal after my tire blew out on the highway after work.

Very experienced and friendly staff. I found a deflating tire issue, made an appointment the previous evening (11pm for a 9am appointment), they were able to accommodate me, provide me with accurate information, and fix my tire up. From start to finish, less than an hr to identify the problem and fix it. Would recommend it again if you find yourself in a bind with a tire issue.
