Just Tires, North Hollywood CA

I had a really annoying time with the logistics of trying to get a nail out of my tire (the tire lock keys were never given to me when I purchased my car) but the folks at Just Tires eased my pain. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Shout out to Lana Turner! She hooked me up with exceptional service.

Tires are over priced and they want to charge you for everything. Best deals are mom n pop shops where they don’t over charge for 1 1/2hr wait for a single tire change. Mom n pop shop get it done fast and cheaper.

I arrive 3 hours before closing and I cant get an oil change because you need to paint because you're having an inspection? Ummm why didnt u paint during off hours, not fair to customers.

I dropped my car off at 11: 30am for a tire repair. I was told that it would be ready in 2 hours if it was repairable and I would get a call if it needed to be replaced. FOUR hours laters and still no call. I ended up calling them and was told that they couldn’t repair my tire and they had no tires in stock. I DRIVE A TOYOTA YARIS.and they had the gall to tell me I had a very uncommon tire. So it took them TWICE the estimated time for them to do absolutely nothing, NOT call me, and make up some BS excuse about me having an uncommon car. WHAT A JOKE.

I came to this location shortly before closing time and they still helped me. I had two nails in my tires and they removed them and patched up my tires. I was back ok the road in no time. Quick and friendly service.

One of my tires was constantly losing air, and after two unhelpful trips to Toyota I was referred here. The customer service was great, and despite not initially knowing what the issue was, the staff did a thorough inspection to find the root of the problem and actually fix it rather than re-inflating the tire yet again. They walked me through the entire process and explained what exactly needed to be fixed and what I would be charged for. Toyota told me that the only thing they could do for me was put a brand new tire on the car, but Just Tires was able to resolve the issue for less than Toyota wanted to charge me for an inspection. If I have any additional issues I’ll be back! Jesus was extremely helpful.

I love this location & the people who work here! I have been to other Just Tires Stores before but this one is the best! I always have excellent service, the staff is always friendly and helpful!

This is the first time I’ve ever written a review, but I feel like I need to warn people about their incompetence. I brought my car in for a tire to be patched and an oil change at 9: 52 am. I was quoted 2 hours. 6 hours later I was called and told they didn’t have the appropriate key for my BMW tires and that there was never an oil change scheduled. Needless to say, I picked up my car and took it somewhere else. Heed my warning, never take your car here.

Was told patching a tire would take 45 minutes to an hour, after waiting in lobby, was told it would be another hour.

Great place, was on vacation, they went well beyond customer service, ordered a tire that nobody else had or would do and had my family back on the road in 2hrs.

I believe that if you are a manager at a location you are suppose to lead your employees by example. When I was there the manager was rude to a customer only because she couldn't speak English very well. She was trying to cheat that poor woman off her warranty. Why is a person in charge who doesn't have the capacity of helping customers and who is very insensitive? ! A customer should not leave a place CRYING!

Love them, great prices & customer service, the mgr Lana is the best, and all the men that work there are the best, when I just need them to check the air in tires they will do that

Manager lady was talking down to my immigrant mom bc she doesn't speak English. "I have a PhD in physics" ok so why you working at a justtires tho?

The woman that works at the front desk is BEYOND RUDE. She shows no professionalism, she didn’t want to help us (a simple flat tire repair!) we decided to take our services somewhere else.

The woman who was running the shop is an angel & is running a super team! Love the service, advice, and the free coffee!

Staff was very professional and attentive. When you go there ask for charlie. He goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Highly recommend this place.

Service is super friendly! They always have room and time for me. I go here mostly for oil changes, and it's done (usually) in about an hour and a half. I even had my car towed there for battery maintenance and the technicians were very helpful in helping me find and get the right parts to do that repair! Definitely my go to for basic services!

I've always had great service from them. I also live right around the corner, so I don't have to sit and wait there. But Charlie and his crew have always been kind and thorough.

DO NOT GO! I had my front brakes replaced at Just Tires and a month and half later the brakes were failing, overheating and melting my rotors. After getting the car fixed at the Honda dealership, Just Tires refused to refund my money when I tried to return the faulty brakes they sold me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR RISK YOUR LIFE with their service.

Slow slow slow. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation on a Friday afternoon. Quoted and hour to complete the work, ended up taking closer to 2.5 hours. They seem to do good work, but all of the tech seem to be sleepwalking.
