Our agent was very knowledgeable. He spent a long time with us to ensure that he presented all different plans that would suit us. He listened to our concerns. His sense of humor was a plus. I recently and without much notice was informed by my health insurance that I would need to change my Medicare coverage that I have had for the last 5 years. I suppose it was a blessing I had it that long. But without the help of Justus Gray, Justus Insurance Services, I would have been lost with all the options out there in Medicare coverage.
