Vacuums/sellers/front lot drivers don’t get paid with tips at all only hourly ($14) backlot/the people who dry the cars make all the tips and management considers it fair lol.joke of a job

So convenient, oil change and great car wash. Would be better if they pulled your car around for the car wash after the tune up but you have to stay during the process. About an hour and a half start to finish.

Always the best car detail in Roseville. Maybe a senior unlimited monthly discount plan would be nice, as I would buy one for my elderly father

They always do a wonderful, thorough job and are friendly. Nice customer service is hard to come by nowadays. If you get your oil changed, they’ll give you a free car wash, vacuuming included!

Excellent service. The boy named Leonardo, who is a salesman, gives the best to customer service.

I have been going to Justin’s for years. They usually find something in my car that was lost during my car wash. Today, they found one of my major credit cards that I thought was lost. They are so honest! Thank you!

They do great work. Two lanes for a good to great cleaning depending on what you want and one when you can't wait.

Second time I've been here today. This week. I brought two vehicles in. I brought my truck in and the car wash messed up my windshield wiper tube on the left side of my vehicle. Should be an easy fix. But that's a bit annoying. They don't towel off the car fully so you'll get water spots. So be prepared to bring extra towels if you don't want water spots.

Service people seem nice enough.
It seems like they take care of their car wash. It seems clean.
I think it's better than the quick quack though. I took my truck to quick quack. And the tail gate was still covered in dirt.

Service going downhill for several years and May 28 2023 was the final straw. Waited nearly 25 minutes and no one came to greet me for the oil change. Two bays open, one car in each bay, no one else in line waiting. Went inside to be rudely greeted (can I help you? With attitude) by one of two workers. Very bad attitude, said he was busy training someone and said I should have pulled up closer, which would have meant choosing a bay to use. This was after I told him I was waiting more than 20 minutes and no one came out. They want you to wait for the attendant to greet you, as per their sign on the building. Went inside to register my dissatisfaction with someone who didn't much care and didn't apologize. Always different people in the shop and in the waiting area. Apparently no management on-site whatsoever and I can't imagine how they stay in business. Never going back.

Just left got a huge gash in my Range Rover rim an from were it was hit the tire damaged its costing me 400 for new tire!

I have been going here for almost 5+ years and and I love this place, but within this last year, well lately when I go to get my oil change and tires rotated the people haven’t been doing their job to where I have to tell them to do their job.
They charge me for it too.
The last few times I have paid for them to change my oil, do fluid checks and rotate tires and my radiator started over heating and my windshield fluid has been empty. I have given them a year to continue to fix this because I’m so comfortable with going to the same place but shame on me.
Maybe because I’m a female they think they can pull a fast one one me, but I grew up in a home with mechanics and I’m just done being charged or having to take my car back in for a simple job.
I will not be returning here anymore.
The only reason why I gave this place 3 stars is because I have had a good experience up to this last yeah and half or so.

Justin's used to be really good.spend almost $100 on a hand wax.was not happy. Guess it's time to find a new place for wax.
