Very disappointing blow-out. Slow, pulled at my hair. Not an enjoyable experience. Stylist did not seem very experienced.

I met with Ashley Hero back in 2012 right after I had a terrible experience in another salon. I had green colored brown when I asked for copper color!
Ashley scanned my hair and I was trying to explain her what happened and what color I was looking for, she looked at my face very calmly and said, " I got you". She seriously did! Ashley gave me the beautiful copper color I was looking for. I've been seeing her every 7-8 weeks for the last 9 years. She is a Pro! Master of Masters is all I could say and trust me I am not exaggerating!
It is really hard to find the color artist who is good at red and red tones, Ashley is amazing on other tones as well as Red tones. Anytime I wanted to make a change she gave me the pros and cons about the color and the process which made me feel super comfortable and safe. Last 9 years I was never disappointed and always felt beautiful when I left the Salon.

Me and my friend visited juut for haircut and hair donation. Jimmy was our service specialist. He is very knowledgeable and an absolute gem of a guy. We felt pampered at the end of service.

Update: After expressing my disappointment over the hair color outcome, I was given a free adjustment only to remove the green color and dye my hair to my natural color again. That's 285$ I'm never getting back.

I got a haircut with Jimmy at Juut. He did a great job and gave me an a-line lob. I love my new haircut! After the cut, I came back again for a deep teal balayage with Elemy. She did a great job with the bleaching but after washing the color, it turned out super green. So she reapplied deep blue to my hair and it gave the desired teal color. She was very patient and I appreciate that. But the color was of poor quality. I was told it would last 2 months but for the next two days, the color bled out into my pillow covers and sheets. I woke up to my face stained with blue color. And after my first wash, all the blue washed out and my face was completely red and burning. One wash and my hair turned green. Very disappointed with the quality of color, I've had boxed dye work better and without allergic reactions too.

Jennille is so kind, thoughtful, and thorough in making sure she is delivering the cut/style you want. She has also helped educate me on different ideas for my hair and products. Best of all, she's just a really fun person to chat with while getting a haircut!

Wife loves this place. Says it's not cheap but worth it because they have good stylists and they treat you well. I thought that endorsement was worth passing on to the world.

I was just there and I met a master colorist who is an angel! I love this place so much, even if it is a little expensive.

I had a lot of trouble finding the right hairstylist - I've had mine back home for over 15 years and so was hesitant to trust anybody. I had such a positive experience here and have been coming here the last year! Shayla is an awesome stylist! While my colour experience here wasn't totally positive, the whole salon experience was professional and it's clear that all stylists are experienced and skilled.

Incredibly disappointed by my hair cut. The sides are drastically uneven. The left side of my hair is jagged and roughly textured—I don’t have the words to describe it. The other half is passable.

Went to go get my hair colored and cut. The cut was great but the hair color treatment was really bad and I felt like the customer service was terrible. Completely messed up my hair color.

Love my visits to Juut in Palo Alto, the experience from when I walk in to checking in for my service is excellent! My haircut with Jennille was awesome!

Obsessed with how my hair turned out! Priscilla is very patient & caring. Does what’s best for your hair! My first visit here I came in with damaged & out of the box hair color. I know I wont be able to go blonde on my first visit. Priscilla has been patient & has guided me through the process. I’m slowly getting to the color I want. My second visit yesterday was great I’m very happy with the color I cant wait for my next appointment in a few months!

If you're looking for a great hair cut, I strongly recommend you to go and talk to Craig Otta. He listen and also provides advice about what would look good or no to you. He's a really solid one.

Tara is just magnificent - her haircuts are amazing and she is just a delight. I leave looking wonderful and the style lasts and lasts.

I highly recommend Cheryl! Loved getting my Hair Styled at Juut by Cheryl! She is amazing and an expert on curly hair. Her technique, personality, & the care she shows while styling is marvelous! I rate her 5 Stars! Huge plus - she advises on how to care for your hair type!

They have no respect towards the customers time. I literally waited for 45mins even after booking an appointment.
