Paul came out and was able to efficiently and expediently address the shower leak that I’ve had for a couple months now. He was able to walk me through what was causing the leak as well as to the remedy. Was very happy with the work (as well as the prices) and will be using JW Heating & Air in the future as well.

Chris was on time, pleasant, and solved my problem in a short time. I really appreciated his service and will use there service in the future. Service was a 10 plus.

The professionalism from JW Plumbing, Heating and Air has been exceptional since we signed our contract thru Costco. They installed our unit and were thorough and very meticulous when installing our unit. They walked through the process and have been consistent in following up with any concerns after installation. They have done routine check ups and we are very happy. It was the best investment and we are happy that JW serviced our contract for our system. Quality machinery and excellent service!

Paul and his crew did great work repairing our sewer line. It turned out to be a way bigger job than anticipated, and they patiently explained every step of the way and went above and beyond to get it all fixed. I highly recommend them!

Every technician that comes in is friendly, informative, professional, clean in appearance and manner and on time. Paul came out provided an estimate. He explained what was needed for the job and he was professional and courteous. Once the estimate was approved, he repaired two leaks and did a wonderful job.

They were extremely friendly and communicative. They completed the cleaning faster than their estimated time. Both of the technicians were deliberate about wearing a mask and wearing booties when coming into our house. They put a drop cloth down and cleaned up after themselves. They could not have been more professional.

Our shower drain was clogged and was causing water to backup into our bathtub and toilet. We also had a separate issue with a leak under our kitchen sink. Paul got the shower drain unclogged quickly and we haven’t had any issues since. He diagnosed two issues with our kitchen sink, and we ended up installing a new basket strainer and faucet. We decided to purchase the faucet ourselves so he had to come back for a separate visit to install that. In the process of installing it, we had an issue with our countertop that had to be addressed first so we again had to delay him and have him come back for a third visit. All went well the last time and we are grateful that he took the time to address our needs and never charged more than the initial quote. Highly recommend working with him!

I highly recommend JW Plumbing and Heating. Paul, the project manager explained what was wrong with my sewer line and what my options were. There was no hard sell involved and no charge for the initial evaluation. Once I made my decision, Paul stayed onsite to ensure the work was properly executed. This company is very professional. All work was completed in the quoted timeframe and they cleaned up the yard before leaving. Going forward, I am pleased to have a honest, professional company I can confidently call on for heating and plumbing services.

They were very quick to get someone out to assess our sewer pipe. When Paul arrived, he was incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He and his team reviewed the situation and gave a great recommendation on how to proceed. While it’s hard to actually go underground and see the work done, Paul did show me the camera videos (live) after the work was complete. When the team finished filling the hole they’d created, we did have a small problem with the access pipe sticking out too far. But Paul responded quickly and came the next day to resolve it. Prices aren’t for the faint of heart, but it should pay off in the long run. And Paul was great to work with.

The people on the office phones were friendly,
polite, and professional. So were both the technician that analyzed the issues and the technicians that installed the new products. Everyone was on time and did a superb job. Would recommend Sal & his team to everyone!

Called and scheduled am estimate and was given a two hour window only to wait in vain and eventually call and cancel my appointment. Would NOT recommend this company.

Leo, the tech, did an annual check of our gas heater and thermostat. Did a great job, was friendly, informative.

JW Heat and Air called to see if I wanted to schedule an appointment to have my HVAC cleaned and inspected. I declined but asked if they also do plumbing as I had a couple issues. She said yes and scheduled an appointment. Paul came out and quickly diagnosed the problem with my toilet, replaced parts and also looked at my sink that sometimes backs up. I declined the sink repair as it only happened periodically, until this morning when I woke to water pouring from my sink onto my bedroom floor. I cleaned it up and called JW. Paul came this afternoon and cleared my clogged sink in record time. I was so impressed with his promptness, friendly demeanor and knowledge. He wore a mask and shoe protectors. I highly recommend JW and if you get Paul you’re in luck! Thanks again Paul.

Christian arrived promptly, checked air conditioner and heater. Very up front about their condition. Set me up with appointment for estimate on replacement. Personable but didn’t waste time. Greatly appreciate his frankness.
Gerardo extended his day to check my AC. He followed the protocols of the company. Quickly determined the problem was not within my home. Did a check of the unit on the roof. Found the problem and was able to replace the part. Checked for temperature after replacing.
Explained the issue clearly. Helps that all was under warranty.

Paul looked at my old water heater and confirmed that it should be replaced. He provided me with an estimate explaining the work to be done. I scheduled a date for the replacement. He arrived with Frank on time. The work was efficiently done. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. (Thanks!)
