I had a fantastic experience working with J Williams Staffing this year! Though I am thrilled at the full time offer I received and the new position I will be now be taking on, I really enjoyed working at the different assignments I was given in my local area as a temporary employee. The JWS team were all very friendly, helpful, and were always on top of it to help me throughout the entire process. I received my paycheck on time each week, and I felt I was treated as their priority, with respect and consideration. Thank you JWS, you are highly recommended!

5 Stars is just not enough to describe my experience working for JWill, best temp experience ever! I actually got my start in property managment temping for them several years ago as a new home sales assistant and have now just finished assignments with them as a leasing consultant. When I applied through Indeed I was crossing fingers they would take me back after all these years but they hit me back immediately. After I interviewed directly with the VP (Brandon) I was happily surprised to find out I was re-hired! He immediately sent me assignments to choose from and didn't make me feel bad if I turned it down because of scheduling or distance. I also felt like I was never "waitlisted" and always kept busy with a steady flow of opportunities. I couldn't be more impressed with him, the staff, and all of JWill. From the schedulers to the payroll and HR, they are all on deck and run a really tight ship. I couldn't be more proud to work for such a great company and really hope they take me back if my new job doesn't work out! Thanks again!

I worked for JW Williams for a year, I would have still continued with them in Orange County California however I moved to Dallas, TX area for personal reasons and I would love to join their organization here as well. They are the best! So professional, so timely I could not ask for a better company to achieve my dreams on the way to become a permanent new home sales agent.

I had the most wonderful experience with this staffing company. They are very organized and have lots of depth in the support hierarchy, so someone always gets back to you. They are very proactive in finding you assignments. Brandon and his team supporting the San Diego market are just incredible.

This company truly doesn’t care about there employees and find any way to fire individuals regardless of there work ethic. They will say one thing and do another I do not recommend this company to anyone.your better off at another temp agency that won’t promise you things they can’t commit to and they hardly even answer the phone when you call

I absolutely LOVE this company. I moved to Los Angeles from the Bay Area. BRANDON got me working right away! When one assignment ended, another one was ready to taken on. J Williams staffing, keeps you working. I got a permanent position with a fabulous company thanks to JWilliams. If anything was to ever happen, I know where I can come to get me some work started right away! Jwilliams!

Brandon Holland is AMAZING, he is friendly, relatable, and supportive of his clients career goals. He does not match you to the company. He matches the company to you. Throughout the Interviewing and Hiring process you did a great job of communicating the position requirements and skills needed, interacted with "my new" employers to get my questions answered and made me feel as comfortable as possible about starting a new position with a new company. Awesome company! I can always count on Brandon to keep me working, even through the pandemic! It's been a long time since I've had a manager that cared so much about the employee experience like he does. He left the company for a bit and it was noticable. He's back and better than ever. I recently sent a family member over and she hasn't been without an assignment. The properties are just as top notch as the team. Definitely worth applying here!
