K Butler Electric, Benicia CA

We had a pretty serious electrical emergency (we got lucky, though, and it did not cause a fire, but it could have), so we called K Butler. They were fantastic. Recognizing the nature of the problem, they came right out, were incredibly thorough and got the job done right. They are definitely our go-to electricians.

I have used K Butler Electric for installation of can lighting and most recently for electrical outlet repairs. Ken and his employees are always attentive, friendly, and informative when advising on causes/repairs for the issues. Ken personally responds and resolves concerns immediately, even for small jobs/repairs. I highly recommend his business.

Hands down the best electricians in town! The work was quality. I had new ceiling lights installed throughout the first floor. They came across many obstacles when they cut through the ceiling drywall with beams and piping, but they were methodical in locating and installing the cam lights. The work was not shoddy and it came out looking fantastic. They also worked faster than I anticipated. Great work overall!

Frank did an absolutely outstanding job with all four items on the list (ring doorbell, outdoor light, three outlet replacements, and the 240v/50 amp outlet).

Ken and everyone on the team from front office to the Electicians were professional, knowledgeable, and just darn good people. We wanted to upgrade our ancient Fused Electrical panel, but didn't know if more work would be needed. Ken came out and gave me the only evaluation I trusted. The quote we got was clear, and the pricing better than most companies. They handled everything, kept us informed, and answered my frequent questions. Despite some pretty sketchy wiring done by previous owners, and PG&E showing up very late, Ken's team got everything up and running, and tested everything fully. The hardest part of this entire process was dealing with the companies that came out before K BUTLER. 6 different companies out and most straight up lied about what was needed or could only give me vague quotes. It's great knowing that if we have an electrical emergency, I've got "a guy for that". I'd rather wait in the dark for a few days than deal with another company.)

I have a transfer switch installed from them. They are on time and Jeremy was very professional and friendly. I’ve been communicating with Lisa all along and she is also very helpful, responsive.

K Butler Electric repaired a couple light switches, installed an attic and house fan, and changed some canned lights and under cabinet lights to more efficient ones. I'm very happy with their work. Ken is professional, personable and explained the benefits of the house fan and attic fan well. The benefits are being realized as we speak with the latest heat wave. Highly recommended!

I contacted K Butler Electric to install an electrical vehicle charger in my garage. I had a great experience with this company from beginning (scheduling a quote) until the end (installation). Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and professional Mr. Butler gave me a quote and even out my dryer on a lower amp (and didn't charge me). The young man that came to install was prompt, he was so professional and did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend this company and will be using them again for future jobs.

Jeremy was the electrician that came to my home. He was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He even fixed my garbage disposal and checked my clothes dryer circuit. He came to fix my light in the kitchen. The ballast was gone but instead of having to buy a new fixture Jeremy suggested rewiring for LED light tubes. And of course I loved that idea. When a problem was encountered he knew exactly what to do. I am incredibly satisfied with K. Butler Electric.
