Terrible choppy haircut! Groomer was late, it seems my dog’s grooming was rushed and they didn’t finish - blaming the dogs anxiety. They still had the nerve to charge almost the full price.

Perhaps if the groomer was professional, was not late and took her time my service would have been complete. High expectations, poor results.

I came to k9 loft for the first time just recently. They did a full groom with flea shampoo. They were absolutely amazing! Every staff member was professional and very helpful. The groomer took time to talk to me and meet my doggo. Great selection of dog products all around. I'm glad I found this place.

Been getting the non anesthesia teeth cleaning for my dog for a couple years here and it's consistently great.

Clear communication and great service. I will bring Molly to K9 Loft for all her non-anesthetic teeth cleaning.

Coming from out of town, and having two dirty dogs I did not want to wash in my parents' very low bathtub, it was great to find K9 LOFT. I picked up new toys for the road trip back to Chicago and gave them a bath. They were pretty terrified, but the bath-giving was a great experience for the wash-er! The employees were also very helpful.

All staff is friendly, welcoming, kind, and you can tell they're just genuinely happy to be working there with each other and with your pet.

I've come to K-9 Loft a couple times now for my 3 year old half Husky and Half Malamute and they always do a great job even with a Bath and Brush! I won't go anywhere else!

Never RETURN calls when you have a complaint. I was appalled by one of the employees in the pasadena store. Waited 5 mths to post this. Treated so disrespectfully OVER a ridiculous moment. Born and raised in San Marino/Pasadena i suppirt local businesses. Not so much this place now.

Great grooming experience. Wonderful, helpful staff pickup and delivery of pet can be an option! Dogs come home happy and relaxed!

Always friendly and helpful. Groomers are excellent and mindful of both pet and owner needs and desires.

One too many times have I come in or checked the cameras to see that my dog has been put in a room by himself. I only take him there for daycare and I understand if he’s not getting along with the other dogs I just don’t appreciate that I wasn’t told that may do was locked up or having issues.

Love their work and professionalism, been coming for about 6 years now.always happy with the work they pull off my shih-tsu, God knows she isn't the cleanest coming in.

The staff is great. Nice selection of pet goods. They always do a good job grooming my fur baby.
