The portions of the meals here are a complete rip off. For the k6 meal I believe it’s a small drumstick and two scoops of rice with 3 very thin very small pieces of those lumpia things for like 17 dollars, smh total rip off. The picture of the food on their menu is not what you actually get when you buy it. It’s misleading the paying customers which is a lawsuit waiting to happen. L&Ls Hawaiian barbecue has way more meat on a mixed plate for just 16 dollars.

I can't even describe how the food tastes. Went all over Union City trying to find one that's open. Found this place and the guy working in the back told us that he can't help us because the cashier left. We asked when the cashier will be back and he said "he doesn't know". Then we asked if we can still place an order and in a rude voice he says "sorry" and walks back to the back. Smh.

This used to be where Kadok's Filipino Food was located. New name, but apart from that, the interior from the front counter to the ATM machine and the dining tables have not changed at all. Service was very slow. When I came in, there were two customers waiting at a table and another person at another table. The service person was on the phone taking a catering order. When she was done on the phone, she continued for what seemed 5 more minutes talking to the person in the kitchen without acknowledging me.

I was there to sample their lumpia, shanghai and vegetable versions, to decide which to order for a party tray. I also ordered a siopao asado to round things out. It took her another 5 minutes to input the order on the register for a total. I explained to her I was there to taste things and decide what to order for a party tray. This went over her head as she never followed up on my attempts at questioning her on placing an order. After I paid, she left the counter to interview the other fellow inside who I thought was a customer.

Anyway, both types of lumpia were mediocre, so I didn't order a party tray. The only highlight in this review is that I found the siopao was generously stuffed with a sweet and savory meat concoction.

Based on this experience, I won't be recommending this eatery to anyone. You can find better filipino eateries nearby.

I was craving for Sinigang and saw this Kabayan Foods in Seafood City. It's like you're in the Philippines because the show is also "It's Showtime" Kuya is kind. Had my Pansit Malabon with BBQ and Lumpia

Always forget extra items and etxra toppings that's already paid for on the tray orders. Staff and cooks won't even do anything to correct their mistakes. Never going to this place again.

I'm a regular, their food is always fresh, cooked well done, nice staff and overall the best filipino restaurant I love at the moment and won't get tired of it.
