Process timeline my spouse green card adjustment of status
uscis received application petition and adjustment of status: 09/15/2023. A week after receive biometric then 5days after received approval for work permit.approved greencard and petition: 10/27/2023.

They are always focused on the progress of your paperwork and you don't need to ask them and they give you updates and advice on what to do to speed up what you need to do or submit to USCIS.
