Kaiser Permanente Carlsbad Medical Offices

I am very impressed with Kaiser S. California. Specifically, Carlsbad, Oceanside and San Marcos. The facilities are beautiful, clean, organized and managed well. A big difference than N. California. Dr. Emily Newman and staff are so upbeat, kind, caring and professional. Dr. Newman gave great advice.

Went to this facility. Despite it being lunchtime and not having an appointment,
I didn’t have to wait, I was checked in immediately and was taken care of in the nurses clinic a few minutes later. Staff and nurses were friendly and professional. Thumbs up KP and the Carlsbad Team…. Oh and plenty of parking!

I Had a routine eye exam at Carlsbad facility this morning. Check in was timely and the Dr did a tremendous job. I really felt heard and she went above and beyond to make sure all my concerns were addressed including family history. Bravo Kaiser. I’ve been a member since 1995

The staff is very friendly and accommodating and Dr. Kaiden is a great doctor who always takes his time to listen to my concerns and responds very effectively. Always a pleasure.

I had a lab test months ago and never got the results. But do you know what kaiser is really good at? Sending you bills. Once I posted this review, I received a call with my results. It's a balance, especially for a medical professional, cure peoples' ailments and run a business. Some doctors just follow protocol and push more tests because it's profitable, and products they're incentivized to sell patients; Some drs are, even within Kaiser are great, think outside the box a little and might even recommend unprofitable things like exercise and better diets. Kaiser in general seems to be somewhere in the middle.

The gentleman at the front desk and my doctor are very nice and it is always nice to see familiar faces. Crystal was, also very friendly and was very patient with all of my questions and concerns, in choosing the right glasses. I really hope that she will be there, for a long while. Crystal's knowledge, expertise and fashion sense are highly appreciated.

Kaiser is King. The ease of using the online platform, with all its many unique features, significantly reduces the odds of you not following through with caring for yourself. You can simply upload pictures meet with doctors and nurses straight from the comfort of your own home or any vacation destination in the world. The incredibly talented and brilliant individuals who are staffed by Kaiser, are professional, positive, friendly, and really care about you. Don’t expect perfection, anywhere ever, but Kaiser comes dangerously close.
