I was supposed to have a telephone appointment on 3/6/20. I didn't get a call from the doctor and I have to call again. My second appointment was scheduled later in the evening. I normally get good service from Kaiser, but this was very disappointing especially when I haven't been to the doctor lately. Also, there was no appointments available at both EG facility and South Kaiser.

I called in at 8am this morning to try to get in to see a doctor vs going to urgent care. I talked to an advice nurse and she told me that I needed to see a doctor. I was thankful she got me an appt for same day at 4: 30pm. I got to the appt 15 mins late because traffic was backed up. The doctor couldn’t see me. I asked the admitting person what I was to do because at that time my pain is worse. She told me I had to go to urgent care on Bruceville. I’m not feeling well meanwhile I have to get back in traffic and drive 40 mins to the Bruceville. I feel like there was a better way for Dr. Nyugen to handle. That’s it.

Parking lot is spacious and navigating the office was easy. If you schedule your appointments online, they generally let you know exactly where you need to be. My doctor also attended me promptly and the nurse who did my shots was super nice. First impression is: this is a great medical office with courteous staff, without the hassle and stress of unpredictable wait times.

Dr frisbee in optometry is a very kind man. Very thorough and explains every step of the way. Answers my questions as if he has all day with me.

I haven’t had a bad experience here. Staff has always been friendly and professional. Dr Carazo is absolutely the best Dr my kids have had!

Ridiculous long line that extended out through the hallway at pharmacy. C'mon man, this is Elk Grove we're talking about. Unacceptable!

What a welfare dump. Kaiser Permanente Medical Group are a joke. Avoid @ all costs. Misdiagnosed doctor was rude Not knowledgeable about medical care nurse staff ridiculous. Made the switch over to Sutter Health wow what a great company. The best doctors are @ Sutter Health.

Worst optometrist ever. Scheduled an appointment and they didn’t even care to cancel it ahead of time. They just let me know right when checked in.

Their doctors are the most stuck up and useless GPs I’ve dealt with. They just tell you the same bs over and over even if you are in pain and getting worse.

Dr Sarukubo and Dr frisbi have to be the worst optometrist ever. Went in to get my eyes checked and they changed my prescription. Days later I started having vertigo. So I went back in and they told me it will get better. Months goes by and I'm still having the same problem, so I went back and they gave me the same response again. I kept telling them that I am feeling dizzy and light headed from these glasses. After a whole year of fighting back and forth I decided to go to Costco optometry instead. Immediately, the optometrist knew the problem. She gave me a new prescription, within a week my vertigo went away and the glasses helped me see clearly. It's really pathetic how an kaiser optometrist with years of knowledge couldn't even bother helping out a patient But a Costco Optometrist found the problem within minutes. (Not to mention kaiser glasses are really expensive. Not worth it for the price and deals Costco has)

Can't connect with Kaiser, you get the run around so much this is ridiculous they transfer me from one department to another-This is for a simple DME appt - I have been trying for 5 days. NO EXCUSE!

I am trying to do better with my life after dealing with 6 car accidents and losing 6 relatives in 4 years. I am trying to build up my strength so that mile I have to walk at the prison where i work isnt so bad. The pychiatrist and last doctor I saw agree with my plan. The doctor i saw today totally disregards my pain physical and emotional. I see inmates in prison get better treatment and this what I pay for. I feel like I am going to be going suicidal again at this rate. I cant take this no more.

Love Kaiser Pharmacy in EG. The line may be long at times so best to go first thing in the morning. Convenient and lots of parking. Good selection of over counter meds available at better pricing than most retailers.

I've always had a great experience at this Kaiser location. The lines are short for lab work. Most of the time I'm in and out of the pharmacy in 5 to 15 mins. There was only one time when I had to wait 20 mins in line for the meds. The staff is friendly and professional. I've been going here for just over a year. Never any problems.

Is there any good way to describe waiting 30 minutes and hearing your name being tossed around behind the counter as the pharmacists are discussing the directions of your medication then finding out that it's out of stock when you need it that day? It's an awful feeling when you've been sitting there, running on their time, just for them to tell you that the medication you need is not there and they make you go across town to another facility. Then, the pharmacist says it's being filled at the other location as you're angrily leaving, because you wasted 30 minutes when they could've checked right away, and you find out you have to check in and wait and redo the same cycle as before. This is now the second time this has happened to me and I am not very pleased with having to wait that long just to find out that they don't have it. Is it that hard just to check to make sure first that it is in stock?
