Robin or Robyn from the Pharmacy is amazing! She was very kind, caring, and super helpful. Robin/Robyn thank you so much for your help and kindness!

For Mental Health no problems with therapist or psychiatrist. But that indian receptionist that you greet or have to talk to concerning appointments would anger any patient. She is not good at customer service.

I recently obtained Keiser about five months ago. Been seeing several doctors here. Doctors consistently drop the ball and won’t get you referred out. On top of it they are totally rude. Get a PPO avoid Keiser at all cost.

Their "Intensive Outpatient Program" takes 2 weeks to get into and isn't a real IOP program. It's just group therapy.

The GI dep here is pretty horrible too. They actually make you SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT to SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT FOR SERVICES. It can take you up to 3 weeks to speak with a "scheduler" (a job and step created to further delay patient services intentionally). Then it can take even longer to get the actual appointment once you've spoken to the "scheduler". It's no wonder Kaiser is sued in the state of CA every year. It's only a shame MediCal isn't held to the same standard because they do the same stuff.

Kaiser funnels funding to places like the bay where they'll even take MediCal people through Kaiser and have well staffed offices and employees that seem like they care. Kaiser down here had been really frustrating to deal with and as suicidal ideation inducing as seeking services in MediCal. I hate it here.

Wait time is long even after arriving for appointment, and you're making 1 year olds wear a mask? Really? Very disappointing

My dr made a referral to the sleep 10 days ago after not hearing from them I started calling. No one answers the phone or returns phone calls.

You would think that you’d get great service here because you pay but it’s complete opposite! I scheduled an appointment so they could see my child and I drive a ways to get there… I am 10 minutes early… and what do you know they gave my appointment away to someone else! I mean can you have some decency to call the person and say we gave your appointment away or something. The nurse says sorry we gave your appointment to someone else and there’s no way we can fit you in… you’re going to have to come in some other day. I drove all the way to my child’s appointment so they could receive their immunization and just ended up going for no reason. Pathetic!

It's miles better than healthcare anywhere else in Fresno but for the love of the gods, give the behavioral health departments more money. We're getting screwed when you're sending.us back to the same doctors we started paying YOU out of pocket to escape.

Also your psychiatry department doesn't return calls unless you get a referral. System designed to fail or in dire need of money? Fix it.

Pre-teen and Teen for my kids was not helpful. Their overwhelmed and understaffed. My opinion they're line assembly care is not good for patient treatment. In just a 1st time visit with a psychatrist or DR. His assesment was medication without even trully having any apptments with my daughter. My son was worse always reschedule 3 months and again 3 months his 1st appt 30 min then not seen for 10 months because of reschedule. Then the Manager of the Dept never listened to what I said as a parent and canclled again because she never paid attention one statement I gave her. Now I can't refferel out because of their Rules or policies wait I pay them and I cant chose what kind of medical appts to make with any providers. How is that good medical practice for me and my kids. Chose a different medical ins. My opinion.

My co-pay was $140 just to get seen, then a simple shave biopsy and specimen examination totaled to an additional $522 (after insurance). Going to the dermatologist with Kaiser insurance is extremely expensive. Not to mention their monthly premiums I still have to pay to not really ever use.: - (

SO VERY Happy to be back at Kaiser! After retirement I was forced to use Fresno/Clovis community hospital services... NOT GOOD!

My kids have Dr. Luu. He is fantastic! He really cares about his patients and never makes any of my concerns feel ignored or belittled. The office staff are so kind and comforting. He will call to check up after our visits even. So great to feel like my kids are being taken care of.

We really like Dr. Wilson Chen. He has been so understanding and accommodating of our desires in patient care for our son. I can’t give a full five stars however due to kaiser’s policy of not allowing parents to be present for our son’s circumcision. To not even have a window available to have some sort of accountability is a little shady, granted it’s “policy”. I understand the mother, myself, not being present, but my husband would have been fine. Really there should be some sort of window or camera to watch to make sure there is accountability regarding extra drugs or shots.

Ok yeh they save and provide with care but its their job to do so. I felt uncomfortable to ask questions, they seemed to speak shyly and they don't show how to feel welcomed.

I don't know about the rest of the offices, but dermatology was HORRIBLE! The room was not clean and the dermatologist was literally asking me if I thought what I had was skin cancer and what I wanted to do. I was like, that's what I'm asking you? What? Then she said I needed to make another appointment (after waiting over a month for the first one). I got the feeling she had no idea what she was doing.and after allll that, I ended up catching some rash on my chest where she touched me with her magnifying glass. I will NEVER go back there again and am paying out of pocket to go to a good dermatologist!
