I am possibly having a freaking stroke in the lobby and I am still sitting here after 10 freaking hours totally ridiculous what hell is their priority list consist of.

I went here for the first time for a mammogram, ultrasound, and biopsy. The staff is doing an outstanding job working through the pandemic. They had a shortage of receptionists, but had found a workaround to check everyone in with minimal wait time. Everyone was friendly, efficient, compassionate, and helpful. They scheduled my recommended biopsy for the very next day and thoroughly explained everything. Everyone was very professional and just so kind! Amazing healthcare.

I wish I could give them a -0. Horrible service especially in the lab while getting test done-blood work. They treat you with COMPLETE DISRESPECT AND THE SO CALLED MANAGERS FOR THE DEPARTMENT ARE WORST. Kaiser is far from what it was years ago. The majority of their staff in general are UNETHICAL, UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE & DEFENSIVE. God forbid you advocate for your family that is disabled because they get mean. They allow their employees to treat people with disrespect. Time to leave Kaiser permanently. NO-ONE SHOULD ACCEPT THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR. They get paid to treat people.

Tulu was such an amazing nurse! She was on top of every need we requested with such a great positive and upbeat mood. She treated us so well and showed she cares about her patients and career. Kaiser permanente is extremely fortunate to have her as part of the team!

Super dangerous they have all covid patients grouped up together in a giant pile No one is doing 6 feet traffic was hell kaiser is going down the drain time to switch to a new provider

Kaiser used to be much better. 1/10/22 I picked up my husband after a four day stay due to covid/pneumonia. I waited over 40 minutes in pickup while everyone else's loved ones were being wheeled out. Nurse Sandra claimed to be looking for a chair but never came back. My husband asked the nurse for the number for pharmacy curbside, which he should have been given without asking and nurse Sandra said that she didn't know. When I finally get my husband, he tells me that no one showed him how to use the oxygen tank supplied to him. In what hospital do you give a covid patient a portable oxygen tank and not show him how to use it? After calling and much attitude from one of the workers from his floor (he was in room 721) he finally agreed to come to the car to show him how to use it. Now my covid positive husband is sitting in the car with the door open on a windy night around 8: 44 pm while this man aggressively and begrudgingly shows my husband how to use the oxygen machine. This guy had the nerve to tell us that we could YouTube how to use it. The lady in the pharmacy did not let me do curbside. She told me to just wait for your husband to be wheeled down and you can use his card. I told her, he is a covid patient and does not need to be in here. She didn't care. I had to leave the line and flag down a runner to help me with the pharmacy situation. The runner gave me the number for curbside pickup. This whole experience has been so unbelievably bad. These nurses get paid so much and can't even do the bare minimum of showing my husband how to use his oxygen tank or having someone show him and just left him stranded in his room after discharge. My husband rang for nurse Sandra over 5 times to remind her to bring a wheelchair but she never came.

Terrible hospital. Receptionist with red hair and hand tattoo on her right hand is extremely rude and power crazed. Worst hospital by far. Don’t bring your loved ones here if you have a choice

I missed a day of work and only came here because workers comp demanded it. Only to be turned away because I was a couple minutes late because I did not receive proper instruction on how to get to the exact building. Is kaiser going to reimburse me for $600 of wages missed? This is why I have PPO insurance. Kaiser is TRASH.

The care but I seem to be getting with Kaiser lately is horrible if things don't change I will be changing my insurance next enrollment

I came to this Kaiser for the first time a little over 2 weeks ago. I was in L&D, the nurse was really nice and staff. The doctor I had was nice as well, the one thing that bothered me. Was that no one ever called me to go over my urine results, and I apparently had a UTI. When I saw my midwife this week she had asked me if i finished the antibiotics for it. I told her no, I was never given any antibiotics. No one ever called me to let me know I had a UTI. And I’m pregnant, so now I don’t even want to deliver at this location. Just lost trust, looking into delivering at the Ontario location.

The Recovery in the Peds section above the E. R is amazing! I want to thank the Ortho Doctors, Dr. Lee, Dr. Fuller and also nurse Jaime, Jane and Liz in that Department! They were amazing and treated us like family! You can see they love what they do! The passion they have for their work is amazing!

My experience has been awful.non covid-19 compliant.

Dirty Rooms, security nurses ans doctors wearing mask half down.shaming me for not wearing a mask when I've asks numerous times for one.and don't receive one.moved to a room with a recliner because they have no more room with 2 other guys and the fscts go on
Terrible terrible terrible.currently seeking representation.letters and survey emails don't cut.this was the last straw.

My mother had a fall and because she did not feel comfortable there she chose NOT to have surgery at this hospital & because of that she was ignored by the nursing staff. She could here them in the hall talking & she would ring for them & no one would come to see what she needed. It was blatant disregard for patient care. I would NOT recommend this facility!

This hospital is bigger therefore more crowded and wait times are a lot longer. My regular hospital is Kaiser Ontario which is smaller, newer, and a lot cleaner. This Kaiser is not very sanitary and the floors are disgusting. Someone’s old dirty shoelace was in the floor in my sons room and the floor looked like it had not been mopped in a long time.

I went to the ER for high blood pressure and chest pain. When I checked in, they did an ekg, then xrays and blood work. I thought this place is fast. Then i was told to sit in the lobby and wait to be called. 6hrs later I'm called to be seen by the dr. I go to the room, put on the gown as instructed. On late on the bed get hooked up to the cuff, the doctor comes in 10 minutes later I'm walking out after being discharged. No time for questions, no compassion for the patient. Sorry Fontana, never again. I'd rather drive 40 miles back to Baldwin Park where a patient is treated with compassion and respect for the reason they went in.

This this review is for the orthopedic cast room. I had a really good experience there. From start to finish great customer service. I had to have a cast change because it was too tight. Went in today without an appointment and was seen promptly and efficiently every step of the way the whole staff there was personable and courteous. I was especially pleased with nurse Bessie Alconcel Salvador she attended to me promptly and with a very friendly demeanor. She assessed my needs and looked at my chart and ordered a new cast, then Myron Pilchiel replaced my cast he was professional and personable with attention to details. Throughout the cast procedure he kept me informed and was careful with the cast application. He was polite and courteous and friendly. Thank you both for the job that you do. We need more employees like you who care about your job and the people who you help.

Picking up antibiotic for my son. Lady next to me doesn’t even have her mask on. Disneyland has better covid protocol.
