They gave my baby a shot that I had already told the pediatrician, that I did not consent to have my daughter get the shot. She tried to coax me to say yes by asking if I want to talk about it to my husband and I said I'll talk to him when he comes in. So my husband comes in and the nurse comes in right after him with the shots. Told him to put her down on the table. Then she gave her 4 shots not three. Which means they gave her the shot we denied. I heard the nurse and the pediatrician murmuring about me and not wanting the flu shot so its very weird they printed out the visit summary with the flu shot listed (this is the one that we denied) 6 minutes before they even administered the shots! So that means they already premeditated the act of giving the shot even though I already declined it and my husband was not on board either. Obviously these doctors and nurses just inject whatever they can in order to get paid more money. It is horrendous that they will do whatever they want even without the parent's consent.

By far the best Kaiser I have ever been to. I truly felt cared for by my doctor and nurses. I usually feel like a burden at Kaiser because the doctors are all in a rush. My doctor sat with me and truly listened to every symptom and issue I had and absolutely cared for me to her best ability. This was a very scary appointment and she was by my side the whole time. I’ll remember that for the rest of my life.

Don’t understand the negative reviews. This location runs like a well oiled machine. Dr. Ngo and her team are thorough. The entire staff is helpful and friendly.

Horrible front desk service, consistent bad experiences caused me to change doctors and facility to another 20 miles away. Thanks Claremont Kaiser!: (

I had an appointment with a doctor at 10: 40. They asked me to come 15 minutes early so the nurses can do their usual check up things before I see the doctor. I came at 10: 00am just to make sure there was no delay. I see another lady come in at about 10: 20 saying she has an appointment with the same Dr I am waiting to see and takes a seat in the waiting room. A nurse comes out at 10: 25 telling me I will have to wait because there are no more rooms available but then proceeds to bring the lady that just arrived in. Where did she go if there are no rooms first of all? They then call me back in at 10: 45 and tell me that all the rooms are still full. There is no room for me and that there is another patient in front of me! I am so disappointed in this service! That lady was probably late. They should have let me see her before the late person.

Tissa the nurse is rude! Wouldn’t give me her last name or employee number! Thought she could talk to me however she wanted.
