6I appreciate that when I go to the doctor, I don’t have to wait. They call me back exactly when my appointment time is. I also like being able to see the doctor, go to the lab, and the pharmacy all in one place.
I've always been a Blue Cross PPO lady thinking that was supreme quality care, but recently switched to a Kaiser plan because that is what my employer offered. I must admit I was weary at first because I grew up thinking HMOs didn't provide high quality care. I have never been more wrong and wish I made the change years ago! My experience has been superior to all the previous care I've received with other insurance coverage. As a first-time mom I've been blown away by the service I've received here pre and post-delivery for my little one. I check-in with the mobile app and within minutes I've been called in to be seen. Abby, my lactation consultant was attentive, thorough, and so helpful! Dr. Nisar was the neonatologist that saw my son for his first 3 appointments and every time he was funny and kind and willing to answer all 1 million questions my husband and I had. The onsite pharmacy and lab is like a gift, not having to worry about going to pick up a prescription or getting blood work done at another location. My care here has been personalized, easy, and quick. I am just grateful I made the change.
Woman at pharmacy was unhelpful & extremely rude. I am very sick and, when I asked her for help, she told me to go to back of line. I was close to passing out but she didn't care.
The receptionist at this location doesn’t look happy working here, she doesn’t greet people coming in she doesn’t smile or look welcoming.

My family and I have been with Kaiser for about 10 years and we love it! Excellent service from the doctors, nurses and staff.
Not quite happy with pharmacist consultation (wears glasses, he is white and bald) he ignores the clerk and he took a while to come to help me too. He also suggested that a Centrum Adult is good for a 12 year old.and all mixed up with the instructions on a gel for arthritis.the box said don’t apply it in 2 parts of the body @ the same time and he said it was ok.
In the past I had a great experience with the Asían pharmacist very nice
