Connie was awesome! Excellent service! I didn't even feel the needle go in and she was pleasant to talk to during the brief visit. We live about forty miles from here but we are treated so well and fast that we are ok with the hour long drive to get treatment here sometimes. Thanks and keep up the awesome service!

Super clean facility, excellent staff all the way around; the ambulatory Nurse- Dana is amazing! She’s super knowledgable, caring and personable. I highly recommend this facility!

I wasn’t feeling well, so I went to urgent care. While I was waiting to be seen, I decided to pick up some medicine from the pharmacy. When I was seen at urgent care, I was asked to go have some blood work done. The nurses and physicians assistant in the urgent care were incredibly nice, kind and empathetic to my condition. The pharmacy person who took my request was friendly and there was even a huge line, so I’m sure they were all under pressure to get people in and out. Connie, the lab technician who took my blood, what an incredibly kind, friendly, wonderful person. I hate getting my blood taken, in fact, I’ve been known to pass out on occasion. She joked with me, smiled, made me laugh, and I didn’t think about it for a second and then it was over. I wish everybody who took my blood was as nice as her.

I had lab work done today and was serviced by Gina G. She was so friendly, professional, and quick! I was super comfortable and the whole process was super easy! Thank you Gina!

Urgent Care visit for my 85 year old father with asthma exhibiting excessive coughing. Check in at 2: 40 pm, signage shows 3 to 4 hour wait which we confirmed with registration desk. Provided mobile ph # indicating they will update us. 2 hours later they call his wife's cell (diff # than provided to reception) saying we are late. No notification to proper phone #. Not an efficient process and waste of time.

I had labs done at Kaiser Murrieta. I had a short wait and Connie was professional and very friendly.

I am writing to extend my heartfelt commendation for Vocational Licensed Nurse Rommel Valdez at Kaiser Permanente Murrieta Hospital. My recent experience with Mr. Valdez was nothing short of exceptional. His professionalism and expertise were evident from the moment he began his care.

Mr. Valdez is not only knowledgeable in his field but also exudes a level of compassion and attention that is a hallmark of an outstanding nurse. His demeanor is that of a true gentleman, and his ability to engage with patients with such genuine concern is commendable.

I firmly believe that the quality of care provided by a nurse is just as important as the treatment prescribed by a doctor, and Mr. Valdez’s excellence in service is a testament to this belief. I wish that all nurses could emulate his high standards of care; however, I must also note that the entire staff at the hospital has been exceptional.

Went here for an appt for my girlfriend and she was supposed to be seen at 1030 and it took them more than a 1 hour and a half and none of the nurses knew who she was supposed to be seen by everyone seems unorganized and unprofessional worst doctors visit and it’s not even for me

Went to have lab work done, Melissa Rodriguez was so awesome! Great demeanor and professionalism. Made the blood draw an easy experience.

Went through urgent care and was in and out within an hour, including X-rays. Staff was extremely kind.

Had the pleasure of getting Celina the lab technician, who put my fear of needles at ease, and made my visit run smoothly and quick.

My first blood draw at KP Murrieta. I need to get my blood drawn a lot, but I have really bad veins. So naturally there’s a lot of digging around, repeated stabbing and lots of bruising afterwards. Not this time! Veronica did an outstanding job! Hit the vein on the first try - I didn’t even feel it and 0 bruising afterwards! Thank you so much, Veronica!
