I’ve never had any issues. The nurses and doctors have been friendly, informative and just rock stars.

This place is the worst. To call this health care is a joke. You spend more time arguing and fighting just to be heard than you'll ever sirens being any type of quality care.

After many years having Kaiser as our family provider. I had the worst service last night 9/6 took my mother she wasn't feing well, and was treated with no remorse from The receptionist Patty and the Dr. Maji whom was helping in the front. The Dr. Said your seen depending who is your provider. Yet she helped patients that got their at 8 p.m. And where seen before my mother. And left before my mother waiting since 7p.m. And my mother was seen until after 10: 00 p.m. We left Kaiser almost at 11: 00 p.m. I know my comment doesn't matter to them they get paid regardless and go home. But For a Doctor to approach another patient and say Thank You for your patience Mr. Miguel tapping his shoulder and then help him and not once approached me or my mother to update us with what was going on felt very personal. Is not about patience I truly understand and appreciate the hard work the medical field do. Is how you thrive to treat all patients equally! And honestly it truly didn't feel that way last night.

Went to Urgent care for the first time Chris from the 1st building checked me in fast was very courteous and helpful. Everyone there was great, all the nurses & doctors.

My daughter had her annual physical exam & she had such a great experience.
Starting with the coolest characters ever Minnie Mouse & Stuart the Minion WOW!
That was super fun! Then the front desk who greeted us so kindly to the nurse who took us back & just treated us so well & gave us everything we needed for back to school sign up’s.
Dr. Soni we can’t leave behind she’s amazing she spoke to my daughter about everything that was needed to be discussed & made her feel comfortable with everything. Overall our visit was amazing & she was gifted back to school items & balloons it was the best physical exam EVER! (Her words not mines hahaha) so thank you Normandie North Pediatrics for all your efforts in making the kids feel welcomed & comfortable during their visits.

Had a great experience this morning at Normandie North! Rochelle, who checked us in. She went above and beyond to assist with getting my husband’s lab work expedited. Greatly appreciated!

Too long waiting time. 2 hours waiting last time, this time just a walk in for vaccine it took almost an hour already.

I called the pharmacy and the nurse was rude and impatient, just lacked customer service. I tend to notice that about most pharmacy workers. I did have a pleasant experience with an urgent care doctor there earlier in the year, Dr. Lin. Professional and courteous, did not try to hurry and get rid of me and was such wonderful person representing how patients should be treated. Definitely an asset to Kaiser.

Horrible hospital! AVOID! Reception at urgent care very rude! TAKE YOUR LOVE ONES TO TORRANCE MEMORIAL AVOID THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!

Great experience in the NN Pediatric department. The Line was very long and the manager came out to help facilitate getting patients checked in. My experience with my kids was great all around.

I am new to Kaiser. I had a nice experience! Everyone working there is always smiling and always willing to help. I’ve been to different clinics (not kaiser) and I’ve always encountered nurses or medical assistants giving attitude. But not at Kaiser.sometimes I hear people complain about Kaiser but I have nothing bad to say. I love it! I been there a couple times already (mostly normandie west) and I always leave with a happy feeling knowing I’m in good hands. Everything is so convenient. The app is so helpful as well. My wife came to the 16 weeks pregnancy appointment. Everything was ok with her appointment.

What I don’t understand is why they are not allowing visitors. Why they don’t let the father being part of it too.

I want to be with my wife listen to what doctor says about the pregnancy to get the necessary care for my wife and the baby

Don’t say is because of COVID because that’s not the reason. If someone in the house has it the most probably is the she has it too.

Horrible urgent care experience, rude receptionist at the check-In window. Here is the steps you are expecting: First of all, you need to wait for 40 mins to talk to the receptionist, then you are told that you will receive a phone call from the doctor, and you need to wait for the phone call in your car. Then, 50 mins later you got the phone call. You are thinking that you could go back to the waiting room but no. You need to go back to the end of line for check in, 40mins later, you can talk to the receptionist for the second time and then you will get the real check-in, so you can wait another 30-50 mins to talk to a doctor. Before you get the phone call, no questions will be answered by anyone. If you are feeling horrible before you get the phone call, please go back to the end of line and waiting to talk to the receptionist again. Good Luck.

I don't understand all this complaints, everytime I go it just takes no more that 30 minutes to get my prescriptions on Pharmacy, get my blood test done or even seeing a doctor.

There maybe a line but it goes pretty fast, plus, I do my blood work and get my mammogram done at the same time if needed. They are all on the same floor within feet of each other. Friendly, sanitized and ready for everyone.

At Harbor lab check in, had to wait for more than 30 minutes to check in only. Only one employee at the counter.

I want to say thank you Dr. Shah from Normandie North medical center. It was a honor to have you as my Doctor for 20 plus years. From my heart, you will never be forgotten and truly missed. To me you are one of a kind and rare! Thank you again keeping my health in order and always was concerned. Just want to let you know you were really appreciated. Have a Wonderful Retirement ️

Coming to urgent care right now is scary! But I had to bring my mom because she was not feeling well. Their check in process for urgent care is extremely smooth and efficient, the Dr attended to us fairly quickly and the staff were all very kind and compassionate and professional. Thank you to this team! So grateful!

They kept everyone separated nicely, ushered you around if you had to obtain lab work/ x-rays, prescriptions etc. Triage was done appropriately!

Worst experience ever. Had to wait three hours had to wait for my medecine two more! Run way from this place
