Did not visit optical department. Took a neighbor to an eye doctor on the second floor.

If you re a Non English or a Non Spanish speaker immigrant, DO NOT DO SURGERY here.
They didn't give us any written directions about how long we have to put eye drops and the Pharmacy guy said one thing, the Doctor said another and the Nurse said another.
We were totally confused.

My experience with this Kaiser vision center has been horrible. They placed the incorrect order initially then lost the glasses they ordered. They resubmitted the order and it's been a month without results. The staff I've spoken with, while trying to resove, was incompetent at best. No one knew anything and were unwilling to follow-up.
