Kaiser has always helped me out over the years i been a member since September 1st 2014 they always help out with my medicine on and glasses orpiment's I feel like the golden rule is treat people how you want to be treated and enjoy your job and have fun

The staff, Drs and nurses are always friendly. The facility is always clean. My wait time for an appointment has never been more than 10-15 minutes when seeing my Dr. The two pharmacies are always clean and efficient. Please note this Kaiser facility does not have 911 emergency services. It is a clinic and lab facility only.

Love Kaiser Rancho Cordova. Everything is in one place. Most services are done here and if not then they'll send me to another facility.

There was finally a flu hours information phone number at the end of numerous worthless pictures and kaiser advertising.this was helpful

They were so kind. My son made a mess (autism center) and they didn’t make me feel bad for it. They understood. They smiled at him. And even tho he didn’t snails back they acknowledged him. Even the information desk downstairs. It was all around a very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere and experience.

Had an appointment for my BP and the lady call all non appointments first. Waited over an half hour before she said oh you have an appointment. I just ended up leaving. Will not go back to this location

Had an women and health appointment there and no one called or left message for reminder or let me know where the location is. The lady who I was talking to was very rude and no respect and it took me more then an hour to go they advice line to have them call me

They sent me a pharmacy notification that my meds were ready at 4: 56 pm. They closed at 5 PM. This place is a joke.

Awesome people here. Helpful, and informative. Especially Theresa in radiology! Went in for my regular scheduled mammogram, the best at making you feel comfortable.

My favorite Kaiser facility! Everyone here is just great - from my doctor (Dr. Divya Makin) to the everyone at the pharmacy, to the Eye Center (Ophthalmology and Optometry) and the X-ray Dept!

Makes patients do all the work for them they are too lazy to pick up a phone to fix a mistake the doctor made. Also won't cover prescriptions written by a non Kaiser doctor just because you had the audacity to go outside their network since their doctors didn't want to offer any treatment.

I go here because I live on Mather. I'd give it five stars but some genius thought it'd be a good idea to move dermatology to Fair Oaks.

Excellent doctors. Quick pharmacy and fast moving lab. Love this hospital and all of the staff I have delt with. Everyone from the nurses to support staff have always been extremely helpful with whatever my families needs are.

You pay high to get good medical attention but not in different places. I have to see three different Doctors in three different locations that is equivalent to more than a hundred miles round trip.

Place is very serene and never congested. THERE IS NO EMERGENCY SERVICE HERE.take note! This is a very good drop off place for lab specimens, staff are pleasant and helpful.

Dr. Deganais (sp) is a passive aggressive person. His bed side manner is horrible. He made me feel like a idiot. Would not recommend him.
Everything else with all the Kaiser facilities and departments are great!
This rating is just for this particular physician.

I give it a 5* cause my kids Pediatric Dr is great as well as some of the staff there at KP.wish Dr Carl Hsu was with KP cause he's the most wonderful Dr that I've known.
I took 1* aways cause wish they have a Full hospital there cause all other KP around Rancho Cordova is too far out n Folsom n Rancho can used one near here for emergency.
Wish i won the lotto cause i would love to used some money to help expand it.

Two years of great service. My doctors respond to emails quickly, the staff is courteous, appointments have not been a problem!

Automated systems do not allow for you to make appointments using the mainline number. You have to call multiple numbers that all hang up on you before you can write the numbers down. Customer service is pretty bad, Doctor's are to "busy" to schedule an appointment when you have an illness. Rancho Cordova Offices are more trouble then they are worth.
