Worse customer service! Called to follow up on my contact lenses order which was late. They representative hung up the phone on me.
They covered up their mistake by lying.
Totally unprofessional

I honestly love this location. It's incredibly close to where I live and so straight forward since it's just medical offices instead of a hospital like Walnut Creek or Vallejo, I don't find myself getting lost or turned around at this location. My doctor, Dr. Elnan, is absolutely fantastic. I've never felt like doctors have taken the time to get to know me and my actual concerns even outside of what brings me in for my appointment. I wasn't rushed, I didn't feel like she was just trying to get out of that room with me and it was so refreshing. She's adult medicine so if you're looking for a doctor, I HIGHLY recommend her.

Overall, I was hesitant to come to this location at first because of all the bad reviews but most of them seem to be about the ER which makes sense since this is just a medical office building and NOT a full hospital which is why it's crazy that they even have an ER. It must have been in high demand for Richmond so they put one in but usually the MOB locations don't have ERs. The actually doctors themselves though are great, I got my lab work done in under 10 minutes as well as my flu shot and two vaccinations. Everything was incredibly effeciant. I recommend coming to this location.

For the most part i grew up going to this location and allot of these reviews are very accurate in their own regards but if you keep in mind the staffs large and over whelming work load and long hours they are pretty efficient at what they do. I don’t like how they don’t have birthing tubs and the ER is just a mess. But most of the staff isn’t half bad and the facilities are pretty clean and well stocked. I love love my Daughters pedi Dr. Desler she’s so fashionable and sociable. I do wish we didn’t have such short apps but i’m sure the work load gets over whelming. Maybe you guys should implement more classes or hire more people?

Two hours waiting, I have a lot pain I’m crying no one asking me if a Need something. The people who came after me already inside. What happened!
Here! Bad bad service! Emergency room is garbage.

Good atention, have free parking, a n area for pick up your family more faster instead you walk to the parking.

This is the worst medical establishment I have ever been too. We spent 11 hours in the er with no diagnosis, no empathy and no respect. I found blood on the floors, the equipment, and even the beds. Terrible security, terrible doctors and terrible facilities. Please go somewhere safe.

Excellent, professional staff, they all have a comforting bedside manner. Hopefully the Kaiser Foundation will upgrade/expand the facility, it is desperately needed.

I recently was hospitalized & the staff made my stay there as comfortable as possible, they were swift & prop with treatment.
It helped tremendously through a very terrifying experience & allowed me to focus on healing.

I recently had outpatient surgery (4/13/18) and want to commend the professional, caring staff from admitting to post-op in the excellent care provided to me during my stay. Kaiser Richmond you have excellent health care providers. Thank you.

The service is awful the waiting time is too long the have 3 securiti guards but the don't even have 1 person to help you get in, the people there are not wearing an uniform and they all are on their phones don't even think on coming here unless you want to die with their service, everiting seems to be old and in a bad condition I been in many hospitals but Kaiser Permanente is the worst I been

The psychiatry department is incompetent and understaffed. I'm very disappointed and frustrated.

I am very thankful to Kaiser Richmond. The facility is really accessible (including parking), and the staff are outstandingly helpful and friendly. I actually live closer to the Oakland branch, but prefer Richmond whenever possible. Getting an appointment is faster, and it's much easier to have questions answered if you need to call.

The building itself is nice and clean. I have appt for doctor at 9: 50 am and I was at appt at 10 am. The reception told me it is late and doctor wouldn’t see me and asked for next available appt 1050 am. To wait for another hour. And I feel this is ridiculous, because on my other appt I have experienced waiting for almost hour despite coming there 15 min earlier for dr.if the doctor or kaiser is so strict on appt schedule. Then why don’t they respect patients time too. What about pts wait time?

Worst staff at nigh! Nurses just walking around letting ppl on wait for really long time of period

This is my preferred Kaiser. The staff are friendly, appointments always happen on time, and there's always parking.

We arrived first thing in the morning and the place is a mess. From when you first walk in there's garbage in the plants by the front door. The bathrooms are dirty, no tissue paper or soap. Trash on the floor through out the bldg. A hospital should be this dirty!

Nursing staff and Doctors are rude. Customer service by far is a 0. No one is welcoming or curtoeus. Emergency room dept staff are loud & unprofessional language. Wait time is over 40 mins long even though there are staff available. Lack of mannerism when entering a room.room setup chucks are dirty with visible signs of use.

X-ray personnel seem much more considerate.

Security officer in waiting area is rude and needs to learn about PHI.

Will not be coming to the ED ever again here

I arrived at 5AM with a critically slow heartrate, nausea and loss of consciousness. All staff - nurses, LVN, doctors - were very efficient, caring, professional and fully competent. I was rapidly stabilized.

I'll give a visit and plan on getting a treat ment plan which allows me to comunicate to a terapist
