Emergency room was fast, no waiting to go back. Dr saw me quickly as well. Definitely the fastest service with an emergency room visit.

It was a pleasant experience with Dr. Sun. Very informative and also interrogative to find out about a problem of mine. Dr. Sun went way back in my history telling me things I've long forgotten. If you want to take care of your body you got to know what's wrong with it and that is exactly what happened in this meeting. Very thankful.

Had may daughter sick waiting for a doctor to assist me for 2 hrs. While they were having a pizza party. I seen staff walking with a lot if pizza boxes and every staff dissappear out of the er department.

Brought my wife to the E. R tonight and they won't let me sit with her while she waits writhing in pain. Do better Kaiser.

The doctor Pradeepa Subasheeni Nonis is absolutely rude condescending and downright disrespectful. If I even needed to come to preop again. I’d never want that doctor to help me. I’ve never had such a horrible experience like this and hope to never experience this again. The manage Dionne in that department is fantastic on the other hand. I addressed my concerns about the doctor as I was extremely uncomfortable with her handling my care. Dionne made sure the appointment continued and she was in the room to make sure that happened I am highly grateful for Dionne.

Very caring doctor. It seemed he viewed my medical record and was very knowledgeable about my case.

Nice Hospital, Out of curiosity, Why are some parts of the hospital very yellow or orange/warm colors.

Staff is hella rude to patients laughing at patients in pain telling one patient that another is more important then another

It looks like no janitorial services are performed. Rooms are dirty along with hallways - can you imagine have many microbes live in each room? Patients deserve better. I guess it’s all about money, not human life.

The Doctors and Nurses are great but I’m super frustrated that I was told my Dad would go to a place to rehab after his second fall, he just went through radiation for cancer and fell and after being on the ground for 6 1/2 hrs and not doing well I was told he walked 150 so he could go homewhat is wrong with your hospital
Seniors need better care. This is not ok

My mother had a stroke, she was paralyzed, and when an ambulance was called, they quickly and promptly arrived. They did everything very quickly to understand the problem, what was wrong with it, and the doctor came up to us to explain how best to proceed and what he would do. Thank you very much to the doctor and attendants for their care and quick decision. The operations was done and my mother immediately began to talk and move the limbs of her arms and legs. Blood clots is been 2 cm. This hospital is the best for these problems, very good working staff and especially a talented doctor who quickly and well performed the operation.

Fairly awful.

Had a family member come in via ambulance with a grand mal seizure in the middle of the night, By the time we were made aware in the morning, we raced over to find out they'd released him, alone in the parking lot.

We took him home and it was clear he was still horribly confused, so we called and they told us to bring him back in immediately. We raced back. Why they let a grand mal seizure patient go, alone, is beyond me.

The entrance to the ER is fairly hidden with horrible signage and sketch parking. (the pharmacy is the most fint and center entrance to the place) We finally made it and were greeted by security that frisked us all thoroughly, before even walking 1 step into the door. NICE. Sign of the times I guess.

We brought him in and then I had to go park the car, because there wasn't even a drop off area.just an alley. Only to be, greeted by a new team of security that told me I wasn't allowed in at all. After telling them the story of leaving our confused family member and showing them the receipt of leaving my multi tool with the former team did they let me in. This ain't my first rodeo with ERs.not by a longshot.this was one of the worst. Complete fail.

I hope management actually reads this and takes this review seriously.

Staff n personnel here are the best! Everyone from the medical team, office admins, to the support staff is professional, compassionate n caring, a great group of people to work with.
However, Kaiser needs to upgrade the building. It’s old and crowded making an uncomfortable stay even more difficult.

Go to this place for my cardiologist who is very good. Also go here for my ear specialist.

If I could give the emergency room a negative review I would. The lady security guards were very vulgar in the front, very loudly talking about it they would or wouldn't sleep with someone who was part asain/blasian/ or of pacific Island ethnicity. I'm Caucasian but it was a very awkward experience and VERYA UNPRPFESSIONAL. This place 110% feels like a jail. Would not recommend would rather wait the extra time and be seen somewhere else.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. SICK UNCOMFORTABLE PEOPLE DO NOT WANT TO BE SEARCHED WITH A WAND BY A YOUNG DISGRACEFUL SECURITY GAURD. ZERO COMPASSION GIVEN BY MOST STAFF. KAISER DO BETTER AT WHO YOUR HIRE. THE ER DEPARTMENT IS A NIGHTMARE. THERE ARE SIGNS POSTED ABOUT RESPECTING THE STAFF STATING THE HOSPITAL IS A PLACE OF HEALING. THERE IS ZERO RESPECT GIVEN TO CUSTOMERS ZERO. Would not recommend. Been in here all night for kidney stone that led to an infection. About 2 1/2 hours ago, the Dr told me I would be in surgery in 20 minutes. Still sitting the ER, and n9w told I'm not in surgery. Someone just came and told me it won't happen before 30pm, but that im not I'm not 9n thcheduled for a certain time anymore.kaiser lies with a smile on their face
