3 Poorly served (or yet to be served)
I dropped off my prescription (antibiotic and painkillers for dental surgery) at 10: 00am, but was told that the pharmacist has to review it and told me to come back after 2: 00pm, I did not request for it nor think it would take that long (I had same surgery before) ; so I came back @ 12: 30pm (2 and a half hours), still not ready and was told to come back after 2: 00pm. I can't, I have to work. I guess I have to come back another day. This is totally Kaiser like (normal practice). They don't care, because they don't have direct phone line to listen to the complaints.

It is small office. It is easy for you to get your prescription fill. The pharmacy is not busy.
