Kaiser Permanente Santa Ana Medical Offices reviews
14I have never interacted with a human being with Kaiser. I pay $10,800 a year for no service whatsoever. They called and said I must have a colonoscopy and that I must pick up a prescription before going. I am impaired and cannot walk long distance and the facility in San Dimas, Covina and Santa Ana have NO access to the handicapped. I tried calling for curbside service but the telephone constantly hangs up on you and the colonoscopy clinic cannot arrange delivery of the prescription. This is the WORST care I have never gotten. I’m going back to LA Care.
Very clean and friendly. Not a lot of waiting in wait room like some of the other facilities. Staff is happy to assist you in any way they can. They are sympathetic and will work with you.
Long wait 20+min.s at the registration caused me to miss my appointment. No one cared. They were really slow and the patient had to come back again due to the missed appointment.
There was a station at the door that supposedly should take everyone's temperature. The lady didn't take anyone's temperature. I don't understand why she was there.
Few days ago I had to wait more than two hours with an appointment just to see a doctor, this time over one and a half hour. I've never experienced this in any other Kaiser Permanente. Super disappointed.
They always take care of me and my son. I never had any problems. And I recommend Dr. James Lozano as a family doctor he is the best with adults and children.
Reading through reviews it looks like the pharmacist hanging up on you is an issue. I couldn't get my questions answered and I kept getting cut off. We all have stress, being a busy pharmacist juggling the phone is nothing to huff about. Slow down and breath.
Gave 2 star review because I was supposed to get the result of a lab test I did one and half months ago but I didn't receive it either online or by mail.
The pharmacist hang up on you intentionally, very frustrating, considering you have to go through a ton of prompts.
Everyone is always prompt, courteous and competent. The system-wide integration is the finest of any medical organization I've ever used.
I've always been treated with respect.some staff are more compassionate than others - but given the sick & grumpy people they serve, that's above and beyond expectations.seriously, have you gone to a doctor's office and not felt sick or grumpy?
I may be blessed in not having any negative service here. The pharmacy is great and I have not had to wait for more than 10-15 to be seen at any of my appointments. Patience and kindness are gifts use them as often as you can.
My daughter have one year appointment at 11 am we r there 10.35 am keep sitting out side wating for call 11.30 talk to main lobby they said nurse will call us but till 11.50 no one call
Don't hold their appointments. Called to schedule an appointment for my son and requeste time off work. They had me waiting for 1hr.and the end they told me the doctor couldn't see my son.
I didn't experience any negative attitude of here. I received fine service but the whole setting is not just a 5 star experience. The vending machine didn't accept credit card. Now you agree with me? If not, you'll be happy with the 19th century mode of shopping, I'm not
By the way, the entire neighborhood is owned by Kaiser Permenante. I hope they won't be the permanent Kaisers in the OC though! But for now, welcome to" San Kaiser valley"
