6 I am in waiting list to see a doctor for 4 months and I am not satisfied from Kaiser service. I reached out of Kaiser for my problem because they didn’t schedule me for appointment for more than 4 months.
I really want to change my insurance because of bad services.
Kaiser should open their physical appointment for child's. My daughter having caugh and rainy nose from past 4 weeks and they do not allow her to bring to her doctor physically. We are paying hight membership also, this is unacceptable for me.
Kaiser is a place to avoid.
Their access is poor.
They don’t allow patients go to see doctors unless they have fever.
You have to be very sick!
The hospital makes more profits if patients visit hospital less because patients pay premium anyway to the hospital directly.
The less patients visit hospital, the more they get profit.
Being access to test results online doesn’t mean more accessibility. It is abused to inhibit patients ‘ visit to hospital. You better think wisely.
I routinely use the resources of the Pain Management groups and I have made very good progress.
Beautiful facility thanks to members, patients, clients and all funds accumulated.stopped in 4 pain management.roomy n spacious, wheel chairs in lobbies for those that cannot walk or in pain. Elevator is in good working condition, floors clean and modern furniture. Customer service IPO to par. Hope patients are treated with patience and kindness.
I have been here three times and two out of three times I have had unpleasant experiences. The first time started simply by the doctor leaving the building before I event got thete because there was no other female available to accompany him for the appointment (I hadn't asked for this). Would've been nice if they told.me about that before I cancelled meetings at work to make sure I'd be there. The second time is actually right now as I write this review! I've been waiting for over 30 minutes to be seen for my accupuncture appointment! The staff is leaving and I'm still waiting. No apologies. Nothing. Unfortunately, my experience with even the other location has been the same with doctors north of 45 minutes late.
