Everytime we come to the pharmacy here there is a problem getting my mother's pain meds, she has to go through way too many hoops to get what THEY prescribed her which is ridiculous. Half the time they say it's on "back order" but that's not good enough when she has permanent nerve damage that causes severe pain and emotional distress just because they don't know how to order meds in time even when we put the order in 3 days early so they have it by the time we get there. They are lazy and unorganized and extremely unhelpful. I've only met one man who genuinely cares and now he moved to the Hesperia location so now this place has fallen off. I'd suggest going to the new Hesperia location. Much more helpful there. They seem to actually care unlike this location. Avoid if all possible, Hesperia is only 5-10 min away you won't regret it.

I will be filing a complaint against Chaille Mintah MD. She is completely unprofessional and does not care about her patients. If you go to the urgent care and you are assigned to her, request another doctor. She will waste your time and will not treat you.

I have had Kaiser for 37 years very happy with all the services that they have provided in the past. My only concern is that its getting very hard to get an appointment with our Primary Doctors. Lots of Doctors are retiring and transferring and aren't getting getting replaced in a timely mannerreplaced

I'm not sure what is going on with Kaiser but it's honestly declining. I don't understand the doctors leaving, I keep getting bounced around. Messaging my doctor is a pain because he does not respond someone else does (unless it's an actual appointment with him). I can't ever get the answers to my questions and I am beyond frustrated. If I could go to another hospital at this point I would. Only upside are the ni e staff and nurses IN the hospital.

This clinic it's just getting worse every time, I can't get any appointment for my kids at all, only online app and urgent care it's always pack really big lines.

Apparently I cant make an appointment this year because the app says "there are currently no appointments available at this location. Please select a different location" same with the Hesperia location. What gives? Is this building inadequate for the High Desert?

We have been waiting with my son for 4 hours. They keep calling others when I asked how much longer they said they go by arrival time. Well the waiting area has emptied twice and everyone seems to have gone to lunch and I went to ask the reception area as to how much longer and they said 1 person was ahead of my son. And they have called 5 more people so I’m not sure if the person that is supposed to call my son has gone to lunch, because they keep calling more people that have arrived hours after my son and he still has not been called.

We just moved to the area so I had to switch doctors and Pharmacies. I needed my medication the first week we moved. I called and told them the situation and they got it taken care of within the same day. Great service. Everyone is so nice inside the clinic. Im actually looking forward to meeting my new doctor.

This was the maddest I've been in 15 years the way the rude reception lady spoke to us was unsatisfactory x 10 she needs some makers lessons and a different job.

My wife is 10 months pregnant and has yet to be seen by a doctor because of unavailable appointments. Somebody just try to schedule her for another phone appointment. I have a feeling this kid will be born before we get to see a doctor.

Pharmacy and lab are always rockin' it! And they seem to work well together. Registration and Imaging manage expectations very well.

Unfortunately, where it all falls apart is Urgent Care, which is severely understaffed and not able to service the High Desert. Open til 9pm but no more patients taken after about 5pm. I do appreciate that we can now be referred to local, out-of-network ER's rather than being sent down the hill.

My first experience at Kaiser was amazing. Josie, the RN in Urgent Care was personable, kind, and took the best care of me.
