Kaiser San Marcos Pharmacy

Honestly love this pharmacy, they’re fairly quick most of the times and the pharmacists are all very nice and open to answering any questions. The only reason I’m giving this a 4* is because of one of the pharmacy techs, Jonathan, who has been rude and impatient every time I’ve interacted with him. I’ve had two different times where I got new medicine and normally they always have the pharmacist come over to explain it and make sure you understand everything with the medicine but both times I had to ask him if I can talk to a pharmacist. I went in today to get a new prescription and from the get go he was very impatient and not friendly. He got me the new medicine and then said bye so I had to ask if I could please have a pharmacist review the medicine and he didn’t even answer me, he just walked away and then told the pharmacist that I asked for one. I’ve been going to this pharmacy for years and every other staff I’ve interacted with has always been friendly and helpful and he is just the exact opposite. I’m honestly not even sure why he works there if he’s clearly not wanting to be helpful or friendly to the people who come in.

The wait time is usually 25 minutes, wish it was faster. Most of the personnel are friendly, but not all.

Love Kaiser everything.all helpful and pharmacy has a large staff n very helpful! Lines move fast.

I have been with Kaiser for 50 years plus all my children born in geyser I’ve had operations it is the best but they do get the job done just have to stick with it. Quite sure there’s better but for the price what can you say there are right it’s gotta go keep on fighting with them better and then call an insurance company job getting OK it’s got its good points and bad points. I think it’s got good points.
