KAL Lounge, Los Angeles CA

1. The previous experience, Service is bad; I can deal with it casually; 2. I visited again in December 2023, the environment is similar, and it is closer to the boarding gate. Otherwise, it is recommended to rest at Delta Sky Club in another terminal before coming here. Rest here The room is large, but it is noisy when there are many people. You will be confused if you talk on the phone or watch YouTube through the loudspeaker. There is not much to eat. The best food is ramen noodles and vegetable sticks. The other facilities are relatively old and the scenery is good, it’s okay to visit this place, but don’t spend money or points to enter.

I am a frequent travel person. Have been in many lounges. I never been dealing with a rude and ignorant lounge team member like this one. They are hiring a lady who is rude and have no sense of logic nor service. I know korean are sometimes rude, but never seen someone like that before. If she own the place, she would not treat people like that. Food was so limited.just cold pasta.noodles.cereal and sodas.
Lounge was super clean.quite but sad and dark.

I don’t believe they offer priority pass here. I was flying China airlines to Taiwan and they allow business class passengers in.

Spacious and I like the patio to watch the people below. Food was limited and meh.

Nice place, all things considered. Tables and chairs are fairly comfortable, and you have a great view of the terminal. Especially of the clock tower and screens which put on small shows from time to time.

You can shower upon request, and you can take a nap on some of the long couches if you're there during the night. Free wifi is avalible to get work done, and it works pretty well.

Food's a little hit and miss. Some things are semi-fresh, but a lot of it was instant or pre made foods, or just tasted strange. Not the worst food in the world, but not exactly what you would consider "world class". Drinks are good, soda comes in cans and is crisp, and if I'm not mistaken there is an alcohol selection. Some of the juice seems mostly artificial though.

Overall, nice place. Better than waiting in the terminal at least. Would go again.

Many tourists have dragged their shoes and raised their feet. After all, this is an international airport and it has a bad impression

I love services that they provide especially shower room. It was so clean and comfortable. I’d like to visit again if I have a chance in the future. Thank you

Located on the 5th floor after the security checkpoint. Spacious and quiet. Although limited and basic food items, it was tasty. 3 hot sandwiches, 1 soup, 2 instant noodles, and fruits. Beverages include can sodas, red and white wine, and few liquor. Tea/Coffee. Water bottles can be filled at the terrace beverage station. Not the best nor the worst. The receptionist could be friendlier.

I used to come here years ago. It was such a nice, refreshing well stocked lounge. It’s very depressing now. Only 3 hot dishes, some veggies and sandwiches. Small selection of soft drinks. Premium beer is Coors light. No glass just plastic cups. No bar. Sad. Better to close it and have flights contract with other lounges here.

The space is large and there are many seats. It seems to be the shared lounge of Skyteam at LAX.
However, there are very few choices of food and drinks, and it is an unqualified lounge.
The service staff at Reception didn't look very nice either.

The place is so good but.the food is not good My favorite is the ramen. Disappointed at the KAL lounge.

The worst customer service staff ever. Probably bored of people asking them about Priority Pass, they said only NO. One word. No smile. No explanation.

This time, I used the China Airlines Gold Card to experience the KAL Lounge. Basically, the ingredients made me dumbfounded, so I only tried instant noodles, Korean fried chicken, drinks, coffee, etc, but the lounge is quite spacious Comfortable, I worked here for an afternoon, summary: take a rest, eat enough to see what you like, if you have time, you can give the Lounge a discount, you can try it

The hot food options are sparse and not tasty, and the sandwiches taste terrible.
The water doesn't have a strange smell, and the variety of drinks and fruits is small but okay.

The food in the VIP room is really not good. Apart from three hot dishes, there are only simple sandwiches, fruits and drinks. There are three shower rooms with a 15-minute time limit. It's nice to have a shower before taking the night flight, but there are no supplies and no foot mats. Hot water is OK. What's more special is the terrace near the shopping street. It's quite comfortable to have a drink after taking a bath.

Don’t waste your time… suspicious looking sandwiches, cheap domestic beer, 12 oz plastic cups of water (seriously - no faucet for refillable bottles?) Only bright spot is the terrace overlooking the… terminal.

The worst lounge. I’m not sure why Saudi Airline use their lounge.if there is less than a star I will absolutely do
