Extremely professional, responsive and knowledgeable. Had other Audio/Visual Companies look at my Tv issues without solutions. Kaleb within 15 minutes found the issue corrected the issue and didn’t charge for small item that needed to be replaced. LOOK NO FURTHER IF YOU HAVE ANY AUDIO/VISUAL ISSUES!

Connecting all of our iMac computers to a wired network was the best thing I could’ve done for our business and I’m glad I had Kalieb do it because our particular set up required sending wires and routers to multiple rooms in a large building. The Wi-Fi just wouldn’t reach to all the rooms but I’m glad we are wired now because everything is so much faster. Kalieb was fast, efficient, and friendly and I would definitely use him again.

Pretty rude customer service. All the reviews were impressively positive so I’m not sure why the employee I spoke with assumed I couldn’t order a residential speaker system. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

We had them install 3 ring security flood light cameras. They were able to make our appointment the next day, showed up on time and completed the work quickly. Also installed a Ring Chime device with the cameras. Very happy with the work.

Kalieb and his team arrived today to mount my LG QLED TV above my fireplace. I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome! Prior to their arrival, I posed endless questions and sent far too many texts. Great service! Had a TV delivered at 10am, text them and they were there by 1pm the same day to unbox the TV and wall mount it. They did a very professional and detailed job wall mounting the 65 inch TV, taking precise measurements and offering good recommendations. Price is very reasonable, comparable to what you would be paying Best Buy to wall mount a TV but it would take much longer to get an appointment.

Talked with Kalieb by phone. Since he's in Bakersfield, he suggested I search for local service. He seemed very capable & honest & pinpointed my problem in but 2 minutes on the phone.
