All of the food was good; maybe a tad bit sweet.
Nice decor.but our order was very wrong. 2 wrong dishes, and 3 missing items until we reminded them twice.
Short staffed and disorganized.
Servers need more direction and training? Maybe hire 2 more servers on a busy Sunday.
We wanted to take our leftovers to go, but the server ended up taking it instead.
Bathrooms need cleaning.
This place can be better!

We just left. We waited 10 minutes for the matcha pancakes to come— nothing special about this, it only looked pretty. Then 20 mins more for the fried chicken fried rice- again it was so so, and then after 10 more mins of waiting- total of 40 mins, the unsmiling server said our pork belly will come after 15 more mins! What? ! Almost an hour for food? We just paid and left. Forget this place. What a waste of our precious time!

Best Thai food in the peninsula! Had it delivered for the first time and it was delicious. As a former Berkeley resident, I was disappointed that I hadn’t found Thai food as good as Berkeley offers since moving to Pacifica, but Kan Kiin delivers the flavor and quality that I’ve been craving.

Went there for date night next and the decor is beautiful. Down to the cutlery, the ambiance has been put together with great taste and care to match the food.

First time we visited, it was random because we were in the neighborhood shopping and were starving. Today we drove down from the city intentionally to go. Really delicious. Generous portions, great presentation & service. Good things are in store for this restaurant.

The presentation of the plates and thef food was excellent. Had an awesome experience. The service was good. We will definitely go back.

Food is good! As Asian stomach, having a morning porridge is wonderful brunch to start a day! But it feels so cold inside. I didn't even feel warm after the entire brunch.

Food was delicious! Lazy steak was over cooked. Good service. Very cold even with a little heater going. Food got cold quick. Very clean, cute decor

A little warmer would be nice, but good food, atmosphere and ambiance. Not busy when we visited Sat night at 6: 30pm.

A little pricey, but overall very enjoyable. Food was very good and the service was excellent.

This restaurant replaced (?) the previous Thai restaurant that was here. The place looks more spacious and welcoming. Service was attentive, not introduce. Food was great - they even had Hor Mok, which is seafood wrapped and cooked in banana leaf, a favorite of mine. Loved it! Some dishes were a tad spicy for my palate, but it's traditional for Thai food to be spicy. Worth a try!

Came here for dinner, our dishes were absolutely delicious, and had amazing presentation. Will be back to try brunch.

Wonderful decor in this place, definitely a nice place for brunch or a date night. The price of the dishes are a bit high for what they offer on the plate though. Presentation of the food is very nice but the taste isn't super amazing, just okay. Some of the food tasted either a bit too salty/sweet or lacked Thai flavor.

Enjoyed the food here, we just walked past and decided to pop in. Nice atmosphere, K-pop music playing so ya know they are kinda hip and has a feeling of younger generation of chef and staff. (Maybe I am bisased on the mood music). Gentleman offered explanation of dishes. And when we said Khob Khun Krap, he put on a big smile.
Pad Thai was very nice, nice heat, nice sweet, crispy bean sprouts, wok fried tofu so good. Jook was very good too, a little bit sour a little bit sweet with good flavor and fat jasmine rice softened like the poached egg. Looking forward to a dinner here! Deep fried bread is a nice touch, most importantly, the oil did not taste like something else was cooking in it.

The food was killer. I’ve never had Thai-fusion-breakfast and it was amazing. The food was so flavorful. I got the Golden Pork and I could not get enough of that tender pork and the sauce - the sauce! It was a rich and heavy breakfast. You have to try the Kan Kiin bacon! 100% a must.

My mom’s matcha pancakes were so fluffy and not-too-sweet. My brother got the Pan Egg and I wanted to eat all of the delicious looking meat on his plate. The sausage was A+ juicy and delicious.

My only demerit - The servers were all nice but kind of inattentive for having the place being so empty while we were there.
