The worst place that I've ever been with my daughter the doctor is supposed to listen to the child she never listened she only gave a referral for an eye doctor but I asked her for tests for my daughter because things were hurting her I wanted her to be tested for ADHD and she told me to call my medical card with the medical office told me to get a doctor's letter or a note or have them test and she wouldn't listen to nothing I would say they don't care about their patients I wanted to see Dr Tan and that's what my insurance is for and they gave me some lady she was very rude and very unprofessional she didn't even wear gloves when she exam my daughter. Please rethinking about bringing your kids here.

Went there with my boyfriend to schedule an appointment and I sat down to wait for him. 5 minutes after leaving my boyfriend notices that my pants have bleach stains all over the bottom of my pants, I realized that the chairs were cleaned with bleach? !? ! Where clothed people sit and wait? !? Now to be clear I’m not upset that my clothes were bleached but the way Karing pediatrics responded when I called them upset, I explained the situation and get a response “sooo did you call just to let us know? ” … Not a SINGLE apology. They “took our information down and will see what they can do” NEVER GOT A RESPONSE. My boyfriend went back for his appointment and they DID NOT address the situation at all assuming they “took our information down and will get back to us”.

Besides this situation, based on my boyfriends experiences they are not helpful at all and blames their patients who are in pain.

No le dan importancia a sus pacientes.they don’t care their patient’s doctors are always in a hurry, they don’t have time to answer questions they get mad if you ask questions, don’t follow up your concerns.
