We wanted to share our experience with Douglas and all the staff at KARV. We had been looking for the right motorhome for a couple of months when we met Douglas. We looked at a RV and it just wasn't the right fit for our family and thought back to the drawing board again. A day later Douglas called and found the perfect RV for us. The motorhome is perfect. We had already had a pre approved loan but the staff at KARV secured us a better loan at a 1 percent lower rate. There were a few little things that we wanted fixed on this RV and the staff made sure everything was addressed for us. Very professional staff and I would recommend Douglas at KARV to anyone who is looking for that perfect RV.

I wanted to write this update on our RV purchase. Probably the biggest nightmare anyone can have after buy an RV is that they don't stand behind what they said they would do. Well I am happy to report that has not been the case with Karv. We have had little issues with our purchase and every time we have had an issue it has been addressed as promised. I great addition to their team has been Dave who has taken over running there repair operation. This guy is amazing. He has followed up with us even when he didn't need to and has been a truthful communicator with both us and the owners. The result is we are very happy with our purchase and recommend Karv to anyone looking for a used RV. Again thank you to everyone that has made this an amazing experience.

So disappointed in this dealer they promised everything once they got the check they didn’t care anymore straight up ignored me gave me a appointment to fix there overlooked inspections never fixed the the promised repair and on top of all the “we will take care of it” they damaged my new rv the worst dealer I have ever dealt with

We spent the good part of a Saturday afternoon with Carlos at KA RV looking at a Prevost bus. While we’re generally familiar with them, each one is unique. This one was no exception and Carlos, along with John, helped us to explore and understand the specific features of this unit in a no pressure environment. While we decided that this bus wasn’t the right one for us, we would definitely opt to work with KA RV in the future. We also appreciated that the team there spoke so highly about the dealership’s owners - from their integrity to specific examples of their solid business practices. I had looked up RVs and stumbled upon KARV. Online prices were reasonable and they had good inventory so my brother and I went to check them out. My brother called as we were on the way and spoke to John, he then received a follow up call from Carlos who let us know he would help us when we got there. Their customer service and knowledge were beyond superior. They were attentive and left no questions unanswered. BEST buying experience I've ever had. I immediately told my brother in law who is thinking about buying a trailer to go to them. Highly recommend.

I bought a 2001 Monaco Executive from this place in November of 2022 apparently i forgot to leave a review. Doug, Robert and all the rest of the people i dealt with was very refreshing after the disaster of a search trying to find a coach that was even remotely close to what was described, my main concern was finding a non-water damaged coach, with no delamination and non peeling paint, They were very honest in the description of the coach in the many phone calls before driving 6hrs to inspect it. The coach was a bit rough on all the house systems but not once did they try to force me into a purchase, i left a deposit, they did a full dot inspection and house inspection and fixed everything i wanted fixed, discounted for the systems that i wanted to repair myself.made the motorhome road worthy with new tires etc, had some issues on the pickup date but i also rushed them, They made this purchase about as good as i could of hoped for buying a 22yr old motorhome. Thank you to all that i talked and dealt with at this business. Other people should take lessons from them of how to operate a rv dealership.ive made 6k miles of amazing memories in this coach already with my family, I remolded the inside, installed 1200watts of solar, massive lithium battery system and alot of other upgrades. Hope for the best for this business, Honest people are hard to find now days

The sales people at KA RV took care of buying our fifth wheel with a minimum of hassle, and we are pleased that somebody else now has our much loved home on wheels, which we took on many adventures.

Great experience. Carlos, John and the team at KARV were helpful and knowledgeable. We found a great rig and they got it to us fast. We shopped other dealers in the Coachella Valley and would not recommend any of them. The walk through with Dave was a bonus class in how to operate a fifth wheel - he knew everything.
