Poor service and mediocre customer service and “Rude” wouldn’t be referring anyone to this business

Been a client for years, before and after the pandemic. Always good service and Acrylic stays long, this is specially important for me as I travel often. Then only change is now cash only and it’s not very convenient

I went to get my dipped nails removed. I thought the nail tech would soak the nails off. No, she cut them down and ripped them off with an extension tip. It was done quickly but painfully. It was $10 to get them off but I would have paid more for less pain and less damage to my nails.

I Always receive great customer service. Ask for Sarah OR ANN for nails. Waxing and pedicure I think all the ladies are good.

VERY RUDE WHEN I CALLED. I READ THE REVIEWS SO I GAVE THEM A CHANCE BUT WHEN I SAID THAT I WASNT AVAILABLE FOR A CERTAIN TIME SHE BECAME RUDE AND SHE HUNG UP IN MY FACE TWICE AFTER SPEAKING HER LANGUAGE. WHAT WAS THE CAUSE OF THAT? UNNECESSARY

I came in without an appointment and was able to get gel refill manicure. Very friendly hostess/ cashier’ I have been coming for fills for over 3 months without app, so just write your name on the list. Bring cash to pay & tip. This time, I was taken care by Leanne & she listened to my request, which came out better then expected. I will be returning and highly recommended to anyone for manicure or pedicure.

Kathy’s nail & spa does phenomenal nail designs and quick! The only downside is that- Only Kathy herself can do these amazing nail designs. Others can do great basic nail designs, but if you want something above and beyond, no matter how long or short- Kathy is your girl cleanliness I would also say can use a little bit more, but besides that, I highly recommend Kathy for nails- especially for beautiful long lasting design ️

Kathy Nails and Spa was very close to the Condo I used to live. I been going here since it first opened back like 6yrs ago. Kathy does my nails and does a GREAT job all the time. The whole staff is Amazing.

I asked for and got charged for pink "ombre" nails but instead received a solid tan-ish color. Also they quoted me one price and increased it 3 minutes later. I won't come back. Didn't get what I paid for.

I have been going to this nail salon before Kathy took over and it is a huge difference in the professionalism and service. They are pretty busy because they are extremely good, it is always best to make an appointment. I am picky when it comes to my feet and nails, I will take my nails off before going somewhere else.

I live in Northern California, but whenever I visit my uncle I make sure to stop by and get a pedicure before going back home! They're always super sweet and helpful every time I come in. I recommend making an appointment cause they tend to get pretty busy!

Took my 90 year old mom for her pedicure and was seen by Kim. My mom loved her service. Kim was very attentive and detailed. I definitely recommend this place.

I would recommend calling for an appointment. I got a manicure and pedicure. Happy with their service.

Kathy and Kelly run a Great place. Pedicures are Great and they always leave me pleased! Been going here for a while now and had No Problems.
Staff is nice and courteous.

Hannah did an amazing job! Powder acrylic in 30min.left them exactly how I wanted them. My appt was respected, they called my name exactly at 630pm, location was clean and organized. Definitely going back!

Great place. Pedi and Mani! Very affordable and don't treat you like an assembly line.
