Katsunori Sushi Restaurant, Hesperia CA

Good food, good service, good atmosphere and ata. Reasonable price. This restaraunt earned its place in my routine places to go on errands in town. Highly recommend

Really a nice little gem. Wait staff was great. I wasn't afraid to answer any of my questions or to find out.food was great and actually reasonably priced.portions were kind of small but priced accordingly.overall very satisfied.

Food was good, the sushi rolls where awesome. The eel rolls especially were delicious. The Ramen where ok, they lack a bit of flavor but mid never the least.

Stopped in while visiting with a friend that lives in this area. For me, being from los amgeles, it's difficult for me to find any sushi place away from the coast that I can give a 5 star rating to. Well this little place earned it. We had 4 rolls and 2 appetizers. Everything was fresh and delicious. We stopped by around 6pm and they had a steady flow of customers as well which is always a good sign. The location is quaint and easy to find. The interior setting is comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful with us making menu decisions on our first visit. If you're not sure what to order, ask for suggestions. We loved everything. And this is definitely on our list of lunch spots when I'm visiting up the hill now. Cheers!

I love this place. Food is fresh and delicious. Service was great. Friendly waitress and sushi chefs give the extra touch. Wasn't busy last time we went so Food came out fast. Can be slow when crowded like anyplace. Highly recommend.

It was a busy night, sometimes we had to ask for things twice. All the food was good except the teriyaki chicken and beef were somewhat burnt, and the teriyaki sauce seemed flavorless. I may not have gotten the full flavor of the sauce because of the meat.

Best place in the high desert for sushi! We've been going there for years and it's always great!

Sushi is good. Not the best I've had but it's our go to for Hesperia. Service is ok depends on when you go. Hit and miss. Same with Atmosphere.

Such a great spot for sushi solo or to bring a group. Always very friendly and the food is delicious

3rd time no wait staff and wide open seating got told to wait with no wait time, but food is good if u can get any!

Came here on a Busy Friday nite, Seated after 7-10min wait in front of the sushi bar area, sushi was amazing and worth the wait, complimentary garlic edamame for the wait of our food.

Same complain as everyone else, please hire more help! It's awful to have people waiting so long!

I was referred to this place by a really good friend of mine.
I went for my birthday meal and I don't get to go out very often due to my finances, so Sushi dinners are a special occasion for me.
The prices were a bit higher than normal for sushi place with the portions being a little smaller than normal.
One of the items, I had to send back because it didn't have the tobiko that was advertised on the menu photo.
The two rolls we got, we're very low quality in taste. Granted, we did go a little later in the evening, so I know the fish is not necessarily the freshest as it could be, compared to going in the morning or early afternoon.
I think my biggest negative experience of the night was that the sushi chefs behind the counter we're very noticeably drunk and it made me feel as if that's why our food was not the highest quality.
The server was great, but I feel because we came in at a later time that we were being rushed to order and rushed to get out of the restaurant.
I don't think I'll visit here again.
