I just had a full knee replacement with Doctor Kim, he was awesome from beginning to end.
I just spent 1 night in the hospital and the nurses there were incredible, but the one that really took care of me on the graveyard shift was Michelle. She was so nice, very informative and just a sweet person. I usually don't leave reviews, but the care there was over the top! A special thank you to Dr. Kim and Michelle, but the entire staff there were awesome!

This place is a joke. Inept, neglectful care. There’s like 2 doctors who will actually try to get you care, but that doesn’t do much when you actually NEED an emergency room and the rest of the staff is incompetent. Try almost anywhere else before you sink 9-12 hours of your life into watching your loved one be tormented.

The nurses and Doctors are very compassionate, extremely knowledgeable in the medical profession, they saved my daughters life. But the hospital lacks cleanliness. Her room was disgusting. The shower was extremely dirty with black mole in the corners. The toilet seat was loose kept pinching her when using. The floor was black with accumulated dirt. The bed tray was sticky and dirty at the bottom. The railing on her bed was sticky and dirty. The window was. Bring cleaning supplies if you end up in the hospital.

Can it at 9: 30 pm and it’s 3: 40 pm the next day. They still haven’t admitted me and still don’t have a place for me to wait except in the waiting room chair. When I get a hold of someone in charge. For the weekend. They just push pain medication on me. I will be calling them Monday to let them know what is going on here. Alone with talking to a lawyer. I feel very miss treated and pushed a side.

I went to ER on 11/29/22 for back pain and side pains i was doubtfully diagnosed for urine retention (Kaweah Health urologist confirmed this) and discharged with a catheter from the ER.which led to deadly life-threatening infection and sepsis which led to hospitalization on 12/14/2022. During hospitalization I informed the staff of my religious belief and what I can/cannot eat. I was given beef meal. When this was substituted, I was given chicken with broccoli with hair. My room wasn't cleaned for two days straight. My patients board on the wall wasn't updated daily. My window curtain wasn't there this was a big issue because I didn't have no patient privacy.

Upon my meeting with EVS director Tendai and 3C director Emma I have come to a conclusion that these two are incompetent for their position and hospital COO & CEO need to review their performance due to the fact that this is a state-run hospital putting people's lives at risk and peoples tax payors dollars to waste.

Please if you want the proper care for your loved ones avoid this people. You can thank me later.

I want you all to know that I have an Intensive background in Hospital Business. I am very sorry for those who aren't aware of much of the things this hospital does wrong because those who aren't aware of the right from the wrong and the CDPH/Joint Commission rules and regulations that should be followed by this hospital wouldn't know if they were wrongfully treated.

I have already reported this to Miriam Juarez-Bermudez from Patient Experience. It's surprising that the person a answering to these reviews states it's the owner but isn't aware of what is going on at the hospital.

The staff here Kaweah Delta was absolutely fabulous kind caring helpful beautiful people God bless them all. Please, grant _ your spirit of courage. Grant them a sound mind as they make decisions. We pray for all the physicians, nurses, and health care providers involved in this situation. May they be blessed with the wisdom and grace needed to provide the best care possible. I was recently in the Emergency Department with a family member and the staff was attentive and helped get us through a very rough patch.

Every single staff member but especially the charge nurse Candice was amazing. I’m also a charge rn at an er (stroke/stemi/trauma center) in another county & I was having an ingestion/mental health crisis and she treated me & my family with respect. She was calm & made me feel safe. I will forever be grateful for the treatment I received there. It is as an all time low & it inspired me to treat my own community & patients as such.

4 south awful service from staff I can’t believe the staff they have is allowed to take care of people after surgery and I have the names of all three staff members.

I’m appreciative of the wonderful staff that helped me during labor. The mother and baby board were fantastic as well. I was admitted back due to preeclampsia and am grateful for the support I received during both my stays. I don’t remember all of their names unfortunately but they know who they are and the wonderful work and effort they provided to me ️ Ginger, Thank you for being awesome during my last day as well!

The billing people need to do a better job. They tried charging me twice. They think they have it hard try working on the ER floor.

Not HIPPA complaint. Does not provide medical staff with proper materials to do their job. The board and executives need to be fired, they only care about the paycheck.

The nurses in the ER are very rude and take their sweet time helping patients my dad has come here before and every time he comes here he always has some problem with the workers here being extremely rude to him. Right now I’m in the ER and they just always have a full lobby full of sick patients needing to be seen older people are taken advantage of and treated badly they talk to them with no kind of respect and harsh tones the hospital has a handful that are sweet but the fact their are so many people complaining about rude staff is so ridiculous obviously there is a problem there I’ve read to many reviews about Kaweah and most of them are negative overall pathetic that a Hospital that’s supposed to help people treat them so badly do better.

My baby boy Sebastian was in the NICU for a month, the nurses there were Amazing, very caring and loving towards myself and my baby boy. Thank you Alicia, Hope, Jenna and all the nurses who cared for my baby. Sebastian and I made some friends. ️ But I must a t add, the lady who helps post partum moms, Melissa, or Amanda was her name, was Very rude! I was venting my issues to her, and she responded" well how's that working out for you"? With a tone of voice so cocky, attitude wise. I was about to ask her to leave my room but I didn't want to cause a scene. She should think 2x about her attitude or go work at a Corrections center!

Came in after falling and hitting my head. ER eas busy but my wait time wasn't all that bad. Admit, vitals then a saw resident ordered some pain reliever a trip to get a Cat Scan then the ok to be discharged with instructions. About 4 hours. Everyone was nice explained what I needed to do and apologize for the wait but at capacity. This visit was needed instead of waiting for Urgent Care.

Did not call in for medical advice, called in to ask the general question which is if a cervical biopsy can still be performed while menstruating. Did not receive an answer only attitude. Was purposely transferred to a line that was an automated message on repeat.

Don’t let them do a Lumbar puncture 8 months now knew I had a Csf leak from start and got sent home the past 8 months now that its on mri and their neurologist knowing it’s a Csf leak kaweah now refuses to do epidural blood patch will be looking into sueing for pain suffer and denying treatment for past 8 months
