Got here our wedding rings but when we came back to resize it JACKIE has a poker face not smiling so unwelcoming. I didn’t even know how she is in front of the house. I feel the racism because I feel that I’m not welcome in the store!
I will never get any jewelry from KAY.

The staff at Jared in Mission Valley was exceptional. I really recommend working with Lexington. Luxi's friendly and bubbly personality was so genuine and warm that we felt comfortable throughout the process. Richard was also very kind and helpful. We could tell that this store puts quality customer service before the sale. I am so glad we got our engagement and wedding bands from here.

My boyfriend and I went to Kay jewelers to check out their engagement rings and men’s wedding bands. Patricia helped us out and working with her was amazing! She made the experience so memorable and not only was she knowledgeable but she was very low pressure and personable; she just helped us find what we liked. At first, we decided we weren’t going to purchase and she didn’t give us a hard time. When we finally decided to buy we came back and got the perfect rings. I am looking forward to working with Patricia in the future. I can’t recommend her enough!

People here lack common sense and professionalism. Was here for 30 minutes just to be told I had to pickup my item because they couldn’t help me resolve an issue with a defective piece we received in the mail. I would avoid going to this Kay’s.

I have to say that I have always felt my experience was great at Jared Mission Valley. I believe you have a lot of choices that range from price conscious to higher. I have taken my wife’s ring to be cleaned and re-plated without issue. One of the baguettes fell out and the replaced it. It appeared to be slightly off and the replaced it agin no questions and it looks great. During COVID I needed to get my wife’s ring cleaned but for obvious reasons we could go in. I sent a message and the general manager reached out to me personally. That is pretty impressive. While I realize that Jared can feel like a “chain” I do feel they offer a lot value with the choice to spend whatever you want.

This store is interesting. The associates are high pressure, buy today from them associates. They do custom orders. I was inquiring about earrings with a screw on back. They told me they could make any pair like that, so I tell them "oh I can just order some from online and then you guys can fix the back" and the saleswoman tells me "no no, come in and we'll order it for you" like? Why? I don't know. I didn't end up ordering them because of the high pressure saleswoman. I went in to get a ring resized, they did that and I got my ring back early. All in all, I won't be back to this location because the workers make me uncomfortable.

Manager is a straight terrible human being. Lies straight to your face to get the sale. Then once she gets the sale she does not care about you what so ever. She is just rude and a word I can't use on here. Don't ever buy from that store. Straight lied about how the warranty works just to make more money then come to find out it was all bs. Never have i ever had someone in costumer service go to those extremes for a sale. Absolutely furious. Don't ever buy from Kay's in general if they are willing to have someone like her running one location what are the others like.

We had an incredible experience while shopping Kay Jewelers. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Will definitely recommend to family and friends! Thank you so very much! Every wish begins with Kay.

Purchased a wedding band in 2016 for my wife and went in today to buy another band for the other side. The price they were trying to charge was nearly 200 dollars more than what I spent before. I understand inflation in price but that was a bit ridiculous.
