Brandon and the entire team at kay Jewelers in the escondido mall are amazing. They go way above and beyond for their customers and I have always had a good experience every time I have visited. This last year I had to replace my wedding band as it was wearing down beyond repair. Brandon helped me and guided me thru this process very well. He explained what was going on every step and put up with my million questions and concerns and never treated me any different. There were multiple issues that were out of their hands and they stood by my side and helped me get thru them all and still find a replacement that not only is representative of the original but also has further personal meaning. I would recommend anybody looking for jewelry to stop at the kay location in the escondido mall from any level of need. They have an infinite selection of jewelry styles and will help you find anything you need. I don't just say this as a one time shopper. I have been shopping with them specifically for 16 plus years and have always had a good experience and feel like family. Thru all the years and managers, still an amazing place to shop. Shout out to the whole team, you guys and awesome!

It’s hard to find good customer service these days, but had a great experience getting my watches sized here. Abby was very professional and got the work done very quickly and got it right the first time.
