Kayla made our Buying and our Selling experience an easy and FUN one! Kayla goes above and beyond to help answer any questions we had and to find us exactly what we were looking for in a new home. We used Kayla Ritchie to sell our home and she was outstanding! Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment (time and effort) they make into selling the property and how they promote their listings. Kayla Ritchie was the clear cut choice and stood out as the best Southern California has to offer: her reviews are excellent, her social media presence was strong, and I could tell she put her heart and soul into every listing.
We spoke with Kayla and then met with her at our home. She spent hours answering our questions, providing data, how long her listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned that our house, which was a condo and located pretty far East would be tough to sell. Kayla made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like giving us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more.
When we saw our listing we were blown away. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. The second buyer that saw the property put in an all cash full price offer on day 5! We accepted and Kayla walked us through every step of the closing process. I had imagined this process to be stressful and a complete headache, but It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience because of Kayla!

If you could give more than 5 stars then we would! Kayla is THE BEST in the business. She is the most professional, fun, knowledgeable and all around enjoyable person to work with. Don’t even bother looking for another realtor because you won’t find better! She answered every question you have within minutes and fights until the end for you in whatever you need. I'd first like to say that Kayla is friendly. It's easy to call her with any questions. I appreciated her responsiveness and accessibility. She took my calls at just about any hour and accommodated my night shift life. She responds promptly to correspondence throughout the process and after all the paperwork was done and the home was ours she continued to assist with some concerns we had, even while she was on vacation. I found it very valuable that she would contact me with updates.when we'd be waiting on inspections, escrow, or really anything I would tend to just take a break from the home buying process and just live my life. Kayla was fantastic at alerting me to progress, updates, or items I might need to take care of so that I could have short breaks from the process. This was especially nice during my work week when I'd be exhausted. Kayla has a positive attitude and is hard working. She kept our interest in mind and guided us when we weren't sure where to look.
