The new owners are clueless. Raised prices, reduced services, make an appt and they conveniently dont mention the person you made the appt with wont be there. My nails dont stay shiny because they quit using alcohol on the gel. Just wont go back.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I made an appointment and was five minutes early for the appointment and still had to wait an additional 20 minutes after my appointment time to finally ask the receptionist when I was going to be helped and she gives me somebody else and has me sit at their table then comes over two minutes later and tells me to move to another table I finally just walked out. There are too many nail shops to waste time or money on a bad one.

Very disappointed, and really poor customer service. I called, and scheduled an appointment with them, but when I went there still I waited for half an hour. The lady who was working on my nails hurt me a few times, and didn’t even apologize. They charged me a high price, but unfortunately the next day two of my full set nails were fall off. I called, and ask if they can fix it for me because it is not even a week, but a day that I had those nails. But unfortunately the lady over the phone creamed, and yell at me later hang up on me. Shame on them because they ripped me off, but didn’t do a good job;however, charged me a huge amount of money. I feel sorry for them

Tina lee hooked me up so good. Very catering, sweet and easy going. This place is a large salon. It was super clean. My dip set was $35

They were good but the guy who did my nails was really rough & when I asked for a longer length he would barely go longer so I got my nails shorter then I usually get them but the other people I’ve been too there have been good! And ok also satisfied with the price ;)

I'm so happy with the quality, price and time. Amazing and friendly staff. I've been several places and finally found somewhere I feel 100% satisfied when I walk out. Large salon with lots of quality staff to get you in and out quickly and perfectly. Appreciate their attention to detail and getting me 100% what I wanted. Highly recommend.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone go here to get their nails removed. All they did was trim them and then essentially just rip them off (which is uncomfortable and terrible for the real nail) without even filing them down first.

Bree did a good job. She even warned me about matte nails getting yellow.the only reason it's not 5 stars. Is bc I called ahead and I still had to wait a while. They're really busy so if you're in a rush good luck. My full gel powder set was $40

If you’re looking for a nice, clean, spacious, warm atmosphere nail salon then this is the place to go. Whether you walk in or make an appointment, they accommodate you quickly even on the weekends when it’s the busiest. Mike at the reception desk is so nice, welcoming, and knowledgeable so you’ll always be greeted with a smile and great customer service. The nail tech I always go to is Leanne, she is so sweet, professional, and experienced. She definitely cares about the little details such as lining up the fingers to the opposite hand to make sure the shapes are equal and matching. It’s reassuring to know that I’ll always walk out with perfect nails every time. The color in the picture I attached is #605-Dovetail so if you’re looking for that spot on mauve color, this is it.

I came there to fix one nail that was broken. The front desk person told me it was a 5 minute wait. I ended up waiting 25 minutes.then he let 3 people go ahead of me? When i was waiting way longer then any of them. I am very upset with the front desk customer service. He acted like he did not even notice me or care to help me. So i ended just walking out the door.

I love it here. Great work with a professional crew. Mr. M at the front desk is wonderful.
They treat everyone respectfully so heed their directions so your nails last beautifully.
