KC's American Kitchen reviews
17I have no idea why this restaurant has any good ratings. The food tastes like it was microwaved by a nine year old.
・eggs slackstone add avocado
・betty boop vegge
・crispy belglan waffle add raspberry
・americano
waffles delicious
Crispy and not sweet
Raspberries in salty butter
Crispy and feels like a snack
Maple syrup is fragrant and not very sweet.
Omelette is also delicious
The vegetables are crunchy and not overcooked, but the seasoning is quite subtle and goes well with the salty potatoes.
I had a choice of bread and chose biscuits.
Soft and fluffy
salty,
Eggs Benedict is too salty with crispy bacon
Soft-boiled egg in rich sauce
Avocado is a must! Usually!
Went in with a large group. From ages 4 to 64.the servers got the orders right. The food was good and more than enough. I had the southwest potato cakes. My daughter had the double wide potato cakes. Other order pancakes hash Browns. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Because of our large group, we ate on the patio. There is plenty of room and warm even on a cold morning.
Great breakfast place with views of the park. Awesome menu and everything is delicious Staff is friendly, efficient and fun.
Varied menu and great food. My friend wanted a burger and what a burger! I ordered a vegetarian sandwich that was tasty.couldn't pass up the milkshake
All around good diner experience. A little expensive, but seems like all diners are expensive these days, so it's only barely above average in that regard.
Large portions, come hungry.
Their hashbrowns are only crispy on the top, so keep that in mind in case you're particular about those. The country potatoes are good though. They also have a whole portion of the menu devoted to potatoes pancakes. They have a thing for the taters it seems!
Seems pretty kid friendly, and they have a lot of seating.
The coffee is pretty much the definition of average: not bitter, but entirely forgettable. Pretty much exactly what I'm looking for in diner coffee haha.
The OJ is not fresh squeezed. Also what I expect at a diner, although I'm pleasantly surprised whenever I find one with fresh OJ.
They have an indoor-outdoor section with heaters that looks to be potentially dog friendly.
If you're in the area and itch for a decent breakfast food spot, this will scratch it.
Fantastic service, tasty food and fun little environment. We felt very welcomed and cared for. Happy to have stumbled on this place during our road trip and be met with friendly faces.
Just wondering why did KC Kitchen change their fish on Fish & Chips? Not as good as it use to be.
So many great food choices to choose from. Wonderful staff and great atmosphere. Love coming here when we are here visiting.
Patio was super cute. Service was good. Crab cake benedict was good but the bacon was perfect thick cut cooked perfectly and the potatoes stole the show!
Went on Sunday was very busy but the wait was only a few mins we were seated and I ordered the French toast wasn't what I was expecting was a bit dry and bland told the waitress and she said no problem I will take it back and order something different which was the which was very tasty breakfast for 4 was 86 dollars a bit pricey but it was worth it
The best breakfast I've had for awhile.
Great service. Nice variety on the the menu. Potato pancakes with egg and a love piece of raspberry cake. One breakfast I'll remember.
Several different styles of burgers. Kids menu had so many options, I feel like even the pickiest of eaters will find something they will eat.
The restaurant is in the downtown area and lots of antique style shops and with modern decor. The restaurant has a West appeal with the comical signs, antique props and wood finishings. The staff were very polite, patient and gave great recommendations for food choices. The prime rib was mouth watering, but my son wanted it cooked more. The staff happily obliged, even if i would never want that, for him. The cost was very reasonable for a group of 4 and the wait time, with a busy outside area was 15 minutes, top. I enjoyed the restaurant and would recommend trying the Prime Rib.
Delicious fish and chips with creamy coleslaw. Indoor and outdoor dining. Fun retro decor.
Saturday morning breakfast was super delicious! I had the loaded potato cakes with eggs over medium and my hubby had the biscuits and gravy with eggs over medium. Service was superb and rapid. An awesome local place for breakfast, yes please!
