2I just recently signed up at this gym. The owner Karen is a super nice cool guy! He was more than nice enough to let me try out a free class before commiting. He runs a very clean respectable MMA gym. The other instructors are very welcoming as well. The students in the class are super respectful, kind, and there are no egos! At first I felt a bit intimidated going into Muay Thai/ Kickboxing given i’ve never done it before and I was a bit worried about it being mainly males, however they all made me feel safe, comfortable, and welcomed. If you are hesitant to sign up don’t be! You will love the positive energy and sense of community here!:) Girls don’t hold back! Give it a shot! I’m extremely glad I did!:)
Wow! I can't believe it took me this long to come visit KDMMA. Karen is an absolute legendary fighter and the perfect coach. He is dedicated to giving all of his knowledge to you to be your best. Hard to find a Person/Coach like Karen.
