I had a very pleasant afternoon buying a new truck. Slava Gaziev in sales really knew his product, was helpful, not pushy, and answered all of my questions. His manager, Gabe Mor, likewise was accommodating and made the transaction mutually satisfactory. Finally, Mike McGrath, the finance manager, is a whiz kid at his chosen profession! I very much recommend this dealership.

We came for an oil change, tire rotation, etc, and booked on line. When we arrived we were met by Greg Michaelson with his beaming smile and friendly attitude. Greg mentioned that due to our current mileage he recommended the cabin air filter to be changed. Service was done quickly and Greg came and found us outside. He said he used to work in sales but is now a service advisor. We have his business card with his direct number, we will be calling him directly for future appointments. Thank you for a wonderful employee like Greg.

Bought a car from here last year.the finance guy i dealt with was rude and try’s to push a third party warranty despite selling cars with issues (such as a torn CV boot in my case) which i would’ve never seen without the car being on a lift.the general manager continues to send me warranty inquiries despite asking numerous times for this to stop via email which is why i am now here writing this review. Take your business elsewhere, this dealership is horrible. Bummer as my family has done business with sunroad auto dealerships for years and kearny mesa chevy is by far the worst!

I don’t even know were to start, what at first seemed like a great start to a purchase and a great deal has turned into a nightmare, my husband bought a 2023 Chevy Colorado and within 2 days we had issues with the software and had to have the vehicle towed, after 2 days of us calling asking for answers they finally said it was software bug from GMC. We asked if it was an issue if we could have the truck swapped but they said it was fixed and everything would be fine. Well, less then a week later as we are traveling cross country moving to a new duty station we started having issues with the transmission. We started calling the dealer asking for assistance and our calls kept getting diverted and put on hold finally it got to the point they stopped answering our calls at the dealer, the worst customer service experience we have ever had. The truck finally broke down in Texas and we had to leave it at a Chevy dealer there and get a rental. Almost a month later the truck was fixed according to GMC, unfortunately that was not accurate a week later it was back at the shop this time for the transmission harness. We have yet to hear back from anyone at this dealer, I would not recommend them at all they are unprofessional and misleading.

The only thing I wish is that I called several times to make an appointment with my Regular advisor. I got a woman on the phone who couldn't put me with him. The advisor I had is fine I just like having the same person each time.

Tyree Jones was my salesman. He’s a go getter and won’t waste your time. We were in and out quick as you can when you buy a car and he was there from start to finish. He even put a bow on the car for my wife.

They attended to me promptly, they were friendly and they took care of everything I needed. Even better, they found a coupon for my first service free in the system that I didn't know about. Very helpful, fast and friendly. The only negative is that the online scheduling is spotty, the service dept did not know I had an appt (I showed them the email showing I did), but they got me in anyway. Service dept was GREAT.

They give a very good deal. I strongly recommend this dealer. Also the sales staff is very competent.

Glenn was very helpful and patient with helping us find the truck and Micheal was very knowledgeable in helping us with the financing. The process was efficient and streamlined. We would recommend Kearny Mesa Chevrolet to everyone.

Tyree was honest about the pricing and great to work with which made me choose this dealership. The day of the purchase went smoothly and I received a great price so I was very happy with the whole experience.

Bad customer service and many lies to try to make you buy a car from them. They sold me a truck but I couldn’t take it home due to the tires not being the right ones for the truck, after 10 days of them promising and giving me lies that the tires where on their way they never resolved the issue so I went and cancelled my contract and got my Deposit back. Never going back or recommending this Business eve again!

My appointment was at 1000 got there at 0930 and was waiting 2 hours and my car was even in the oil change bay yet, until I asked how long it was gonna be. Ridiculous

I’m glad the dealership has the long time employees still, especially Bill and AJ the service advisors and Scott the service tech that works on the corvettes!

Greg was helpful and got my service completed in am expedite manner. I highly appreciate his assistance.

It was simple. I knew the product I wanted & all incentives were applied & I received a great deal on a great truck.
