Philip is sensitive and very knowledgeable about his tasks and he is kind and he is always willing to go the extra mile to help you understand what medications he’s giving you. I really appreciate his energy, his effort, and felt well cared for by him.

I EXPERIENCED ALL THATS GOSE ON I WAS A PRIVET PERSONAL ASSISTANT, FOR A HI POWER Attorney.we were there close to 2 years.
The QUALITY OF SERVICE IS DESPICABLEI GIVE BETTER ATTENTION TO My
DOG. After talking a few days off, I WOULD COME BACK TO CHECK ON MY CLIENT…. She wasn’t bathed or teeth brushed not taken care of her HIGENE SEVERAL TIMES I WOULD REPORT SHE HAD HEAT RASH…. This place DOSENT EVEN DESERVESONE STAR. Stephen the administrator allegedly the only reason he got that POSITION is because he’s married into the family.he has zero experience in healthcare.if you love your love ones don’t leave them there because there dirty high and theft with your personal property ALSO VANDALIZED HER FAMILY PORTRAIT THEY PUNCH OUT EVERYONES EYES IN THE PICTURE they don’t take any responsibility on anything with your loss of property, they don’t investigations with personal items.they just put it on deaf ears. PLEASE PLEASE do your homework before you decide to leave your love ones there.
They just put a huge façade to welcome new patients but once you’re in there they will forget about them. I’m talking about management not the first line staff they run around with her head chopped off because they’re always understaffed
The only time they have full staffing,
When the State of Health is doing a Inspection.
Then they put the Biggest Bull S&&!
I have witnessed so many Critical Incidents.
They sweep it under the rug.
It’s so SAD, for the $$$ the LOVE ones are spending.
For the POOR QUALITY OF SERVICES THEY PROVIDE

My 86 year old mother just spent 3-1/2 weeks here recovering from a broken hip. I was very impressed with the entire nursing staff as well as the PT and OT therapists. Everyone took a personal interest in my mother and were attentive to her requests. Jennifer Cheadle, Director of Social Services, was very helpful in navigating the admission, appointments and discharge.

I volunteered at the back with social services and it was a highly educational experience. Ivy, Vicky, Jennifer and Jamie were incredibly friendly and a pleasure to work with. The time I invested volunteering and shadowing was certainly time well spent.

Everybody especially Millie the nurse has been angel. Everybody love her. The food stunk though. Roland was very helpful helping me adjusted to Gmail and boy did I need it. Jennifer was also just as helpful

This is a long story but very important to read about. My father was recommend to stay here temporarily after his discharge from the hospital for physical therapy. He was a Navy Veteran and had two insurance coverages and this place was covered by his insurance for 21 days. His stay was only supposed to be for three weeks and needed to be extended for another week because we were in the middle of moving to a new home that would be easier for us to transport him around since he had difficulty walking.
My father always complained of being hungry and I wasn’t actually sure he was taking all of his medicine although I did ask for a list of his medications. I received a phone call a few days before his discharge date from the doctor and informed him I needed more time (a week or two) to transfer into our new place so I could take him home. Since we lived in a two story apartment without an elevator I wasn’t able to take him home quite yet. We spoke about us paying out of pocket for the remainder of time that he needed to stay that wasn’t covered by his insurance. The doctor assured me that he will take note of our conversation but there was no record of our call. Throughout the entire week the staff kept calling me to inform me that his stay was not covered by his insurance. My mother was in communication with them and I even texted the social worker to let her know that I needed him to stay there for another week until we can move into our new place. I was specifically moving into a new home just for this reason (to take my father home). Five days after my dad was supposed to be discharged we were approved to move in and I was excited that I could finally take him home. On my way to get the keys, I was informed that my father passed away the same day.
The communication with the entire staff is very poor and they even blamed me for not communicating with them when I was told by the doctor that my messages would be relayed about my dads extended stay, as well as I texted the social worker and left a voicemail that was supposedly non existent (never received). I strongly believe there has been neglect on their part as far as care for my father because his passing was unexpected. And an autopsy was not done since the doctor on sight signed his passing from natural causes.

Long story short. There is no compassion for their patients at this place. Don’t risk leaving your loved ones here.
I will never get my father back.

My husband had a 10 day stay here. Amazing staff, kind caregivers, progressive PT and speech therapy. The meals were very good and timely. KMCN is clean and updated. Our personal favorites were Brittney, Crystal and Michelle- thank you for the exceptional and Tender Loving Care.

1st night there the nurse was trying to have me take medicine that belonged to someone else. I refused and later she brought me the medicine card and asked if the name was mine and I said “NO”!
Then returned once more to tell me patient one and two were registered to the same bed! I was not happy!
Overall opinion - the place is very disorganized and the only thing on point is the therapy department. Very good therapist are located at this place, everything else needs improvement.

Unsanitary facility. WHY wouldn't it be? Their patients only get a week
one shower
