Lost power to my Prius'on Friday night. Vehicle towed to Kearny Mesa Toyota. On Saturday morning, in spite of a ' booked' schedule in service, they were able to see the vehicle, solve the problem and update overdue ' updates ' to the car's computer system.

I usually always go to see Lisa, she was my first advisor here and when my car bumper was hanging she literally got on the floor to show me what was wrong with it. Came in for a battery check, she then clearly explained to me what we had to do and tried to expedite the process given I was going to just wait at the dealership. Always my favorite dealership and advisor.
Service Department Manager Michael did a great job. Answered all my questions, advised me on upcoming issues but wasn't pushy and I definitely appreciated that.

Service and people are excellent. Suggestion: When paying via mobile payment, include a note on the email receipt that we still must go to cashier for paperwork.after receiving the receipt and notice that the car was ready for pick up, had me sitting for 30 minutes before somebody told me what to do. Little annoying, but still good work.
All the staff have been good so far. Very enthusiastic and professional. Sticking to the maintenance routine keeping it simple. Car is so new not much to complain about
Everything was pretty well coordinated. In under an hour, my vehicle's tires were rotated and several other things were checked. Overall, pretty good service. However, if you are the last appointment of the day, make sure you arrive 20 mins earlier. I didn't know that until I arrived.
Found out to be a bad fuel pump. Dropped off Saturday 10DEC2022, parts were ordered (those were late by a day but not their fault) and back to me Wednesday for pick up — it was super easy, like the Prom Queen.

Very courteous and knowledgeable honest I really felt like I was in good hands I felt like a cuddle teddy bear but after the diagnosis when the technician told me he don't feel good in what I wanted to have done and doing that and taking my money for it he needs he needs to go extensive and find out what really is the problem so I was really happy and of course I would recommend him to anybody else or recommend the shop to anybody else unlike main Street in Chula Vista or Frank's Toyota in national City I was totally dissatisfied with severely dissatisfied with both of those and I would never step foot in them again and main Street believe in Miss diagnosing lying and not thinking about the customer at all but currently Mesa I was very very happy
