I'm a Realtor in the Nashville area and I use Keith and his team for my clients & I also used him as my personal lender. My wife were incredibly pleased with the consistent communication throughout each step of the process and being kept in the loop as the home buying process progressed. I already knew Keith was great at what he does but now I know first hand. Great person who takes pride in his work - I couldn't recommend him more.

We were blessed with an amazing team of helpful people while purchasing a home for the first time! They explained everything along the way and were quickly responsive to any questions that came up. It felt great going through this process with a fully trust worthy team representing us!

Moving 2300 miles with a family of 5 and 3 dogs was not easy, Keith and his team answered just about every phone call and answered every one of my 1000 questions even if that meant calling numerous times in one day. I know it was annoying at times but no matter what they remained professional, and all the way to the end fought to make my and my family's needs a priority. The VA just about took us out there at the end but Keith and his team have the knowledge and the expertise to do what needs to be done to overcome even the craziest of home-buying obstacles. I could not have moved my family to a better location without them. Special shoutout to Joy, she definitely got the brunt of me. Thank you for being patient and sticking it out with me!

Keith, Joy, Aisha, and the entire team are phenomenal! I have had the pleasure of working closely with them over the past few years, for my clients lending needs as well as my own. Thing I love about them:
- Communication. There is always someone to answer questions. Even on the weekends.
- They put clients needs before their own by giving several options for loan terms and making sure the client understands each one and empowers the client to make a choice based on their need.
- They do what they say they are going to do. And strive for no last min surprises.
- After the loan is closed they follow up regularly to check in and keep you up to date on home values, market trends etc.
