Karen McCullom is an incredible real estate agent. She helped me find a house after the Camp Fire. I was renting and did not have insurance, so I quite literally lost everything I owned. She was available when I needed her and responded to any and all questions and concerns I had immediately. She went above and beyond her duties to make sure I found a home that I was happy with—a place in a safe neighborhood with almost all of the items I put on my “dream house” list. She never showed me anything out of my price range or out of my comfort zone. She also didn’t let me settle for something that I didn’t really want, constantly reassuring me she would find something I could not only afford, but would be proud of and happy in.
