Pedro Gonzalez is easy to work with. We were having our garage sale one Sunday afternoon when he came over, introduced himself and was very personable. We weren’t seriously thinking of selling our house at that moment but after talking to him we decided to go ahead and sell. We didn’t know him but he assured us if we hired him he will put all his efforts to sell our house. Just sit back and relax he said. He came back the very next day with different comps from our area and helped us decide on a price. A couple of days later a professional photographer took pictures of our house and wallah our house was officially listed on MLS. He had an open house the very next weekend and we had multiple offers. When I met Pedro, I was very untrusting of dealing with a real-estate agent at the time. Pedro came over and introduced himself and had a contract in hand ready to convince me to let him help me sell my house. He had a 6 month contract and I was very hesitant to use an agent. But he was willing to accept my offer of not signing a 6 month contract and took my request to heart for a month at a time. He sold the house in that month. He showed up and advised me on how to prepare the house for sale and kept me well informed all through the process. He was very pleasant to work with and talk with. Inside that month, he was as close as a friend. He knew when I was stressed about the sale and progress of the sale and kept me calm and positive throughout the ordeal.
