Unfortunately I was referred to him by a person in his lead club. That means the person never used him but merely shared leads with him,

He lies and his service is terrible. I purchased a condo in Friendly Valley in Santa Clarita. During my initial conversation with Shane I asked him if he was familiar with Friendly Valley and if he had done business there. His answer was yes. Lie number one.

Rather than taking the time to learn the various nuances of Friendly Valleys he merely guessed or made up things. More lies. At one point he couldn’t get certain questions answered so I went directly to the seller and got the information directly. He was very upset with this because he said that the seller wouldn’t respect him. Who cares.

The condo needed some work before moving so Shane refereed me to a general contractor who contracted with a plumber, electrician and painter and bumped their already high prices by 20%. Nice job Shane.

So if you’re looking for a realtor don’t look at Shane

I’ve purchased two properties through Shane and have sold one. He has been A1 from day 1. He always had my best interest and was respectfully responsive to my wants and needs in regards to buying and selling property.
