Awesome customer service. Awesome employees Just recently bought 100 count giant mealworms a few days ago! When wanting to purchase live feeder insects like mealworms. Just simply ask the employees Sometimes they sell ranchus goldfish.

They had a nice assortment of pet supplies, the employees were nice. I only gave 3 stars cause I did a price comparison on their dog food with other stores and they are $5-7 higher.
DO NOT GO HERE! TERRIBLE PLACE! I purchased a dog collar and the clerk said if it didn't fit I could bring it back no problem. The next day I brought it back with tags still on it and the receipt. They refused to give me my money back. Said it has to be a store credit only because it wasn't the same day! Bunch on scammers! BEWARE! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!
Love this place workers are helpful and it's a little cold on the inside but you can always find what you need
The staff are welcoming and help with any needs! I remember one staff Damian helped me pick out a turtle and he was really helpful and passionate! Definitely will be coming here again!
Good prices, rewards program and excellent customer service. They will go over and beyond to cater to your pets needs. I've been offered same day delivery in case my dog has no food.
Love this place it feels like home when I go there. The staff is so helpful and sweet. They normally always have what I need & if they don't they make sure they get it on order.
